非常好的酒店，工作人员非常出色

Tiny room hotel but good location

Keluar hotel. Eh udah eiffel. Tapi untuk harga lumayan lebih mahal dari hotel lain di paris. Untuk kamar segede ini. Ya iyalah. Depan hotel eiffel.

Nice location, breakfast was good and staff were nice. Payment experience wasn't good since the receptionist made more than enough payment blocking and eventually made things bad for me to get the remaining “deposit” back.

The staffs are very kind! Mercure just a minute walk to tour eiffel. Very recommended!

It was good stay. Overall good. Food was good as well. Staff were friendly.

Dengan harga seperti yang tersedia, kamar cukup luas, bersih, dan dekat kemana-mana. Kalau ke paris mau menginap lagi di sana.

Close and face to Eiffel One of the hotel that closer and facing Eiffel tower. Strategic place and easy to access anywhere.

The location is strategic, but the rooms are too narrow and lack of facilities

Everything is just average about this hotel (services, facilities, food, etc). The only spectacular about the hotel that it is very close to Eiffel Tower and surrounded by shops and wasting places. It is also close to train and metro stations.

hotel front desk hospitality is excellent.

I have been allowed to extend my stay until 4pm (late check out)

Everyone is really helpful. The airline loss one of my luggage and the people at front desk really helpful in expediting my missing luggage

Kamar tidur yang sangat kecil tidak sesuai dengan harga yang ditawarkan.

Barang pribadi di kamar bisa hilang. Setelah dikomplain keras, untungnya barang bisa kembali lagi ke kamar walaupun diletakkan di tempat yang berbeda. Malas berdebat dengan manajemen hotel yang bersikeras membela stafnya, memojokkan saya sebagai tamu hotel dan terkesan lepas tangan atas kejadian ini. Penanganan komplain yang sungguh tidak profesional. Cross check dengan teman-teman traveler Indonesia lainnya, ternyata beberapa dari mereka pun punya pengalaman yang sama seperti yang saya alami di hotel ini. Sangat disayangkan.

我去巴黎度蜜月，这家酒店真是太棒了！它靠近埃菲尔铁塔，而且附近很容易找到餐厅和咖啡馆。它离地铁站也很近，真是太方便了！！！

Hotel okelah, tapi hanya saja menu breakfast nya itu Setiap hari sama, selama saya menginap 3hari tidak ada perubahan sama sekali. Sangat membosankan.

Awesome! the hotel is so close to Eiffel Tower, cleanliness is good but I think hotel must change the carpet because when I opened the room, the smell was quite drop the comfort feeling.
