It was convenient, easy to find and reasonable price. We didn’t like the restaurant not being available for dinner. We were concerned about the amount of homelessness right near or behind the motel.

Blood on the bottom mattress sheet/cover. Yellow stains on 2 of the pillow cases, mattress was hard as a rick. Bad smell from a/c unit, door not secure with light coming thru the door frame. Toilet splashed water out of the bowl each time when flushing, b4 sucking the water down. Loud guests stomping around upstairs. No vending machine. Pool was very small & right next to a lounge/bar, under their outlooking windows. Strong smell of cigarette smoke.

Location is walkable to Downtown. The evening front desk gal was super friendly and helpful.

We booked a one night stay on a cross-country drive. We picked this hotel because the rates were very good and we were looking for value instead of luxury. We got excellent value and the folks here were extremely friendly and helpful. We were happy with everything about the room. The neighbors were a bit loud on occasion, but quieted down at night, which was fine. Next time through Bend we will stay here again.

Paid $150 for a night at this hotel that shouldn’t be charging more than $100. We needed a room and booked here because nothing else had vacancies, even campsites were booked. The good points are the people were nice, the room was clean and the bed was decent. However there are plenty of improvements needed. - It smelled disgusting in room like chemical cleaners mixed with dog pee - There was no drinking water anywhere on property- not even a vending machine - The hairdryer barely functional - No conditioner only shampoo in room. And there was crappy plastic bar soap - No vent or fan in bathroom - Tiny bath towels that couldn’t wrap around and persons body. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you were in our situation - absolutely nothing else available. But if you are need of a place to stay, its OK

Nothing fancy clean room for price on point

The entrance to the hotel looked great. However, the area behind the hotel had people sleeping behind it, which didn’t make me feel like I was in a safe area. They did have a lot of cameras in the main lobby on the parking lot. We could see damage to some of the exterior doors on the walk to our room, almost like they were kicked in at one point. The walls were very thin, we could hear the people on both sides of us into the night. We also had an adjoining door in our room with a single lock. I’m not sure if this was all rooms, or just a select few. We could also feel the springs in the bed, which let to an uncomfortable night. The hotel did feel clean, but I would not stay here again.

The room and everything in it is old and run down. I would never stay there again, even if it were free.

Honest review. Booked bc of affordability. First day noticed tree bugs were in my room. There was a crack in the front door. Dealt with it for two days. Killed about 4. Hotel upgraded room as solution. Both showers drains were clogged. Take a 5 min shower and your feet are submerged in water. Did not like that. Blow dryers are outdated and need to be cleaned/upgraded. Air blowing out smelt like actual body oder. Reminded me of armpit smell. I probably won’t go back. The hotel is very big on no smoking and they specifically point out marijuana. It is legal in the state of Oregon so made me feel like I couldn’t mind my business and do it as I wanted.

Staff was great! Room was clean and quiet.

This is a clean, affordable property to stay at in Bend. We never spend much time in our room as we are out enjoying the area, but it is clean and beds are decent. You can't beat it for the price! Plus the staff is always delightful and friendly. We have stayed a couple times and will continue to book in the future.

Front desk staff was awesome

The restaurant next door no longer serves dinner. I stayed on the second floor and when people walked on the walkway/ stairs it felt like an earthquake. Crystal the manager is awesome. Very kind and helpful.
