Clean and spacious hotel. Wi-Fi is ok. Comfort bed and pillow. Bath room is spacious. Bath gel 3 in 1 is provided. No shampoo and conditioner. All the facilities and utensils are clean including bed sheet, towels, kettle etc. Enough hangers. Bottle water AUD5 each at request. There is no tooth brush. I don’t know whether this can be requested at the reception because I always bring with mine. Big window and long table with a chair, these allow me to use computer very comfortably. There are some restaurants downstairs. There is breakfast at ground floor. You can pre-order at AUD 30 at the reception. Otherwise, you need to pay AUD38 for walk in. The breakfast is simple and ok. There are various types of fresh fruit, bread, cup cakes, toast, drinks and pancake machine. Other than these, there are only beans, bacon, sausage, baked tomato, mushroom and stirred egg. That’s all. The metro station and bus stop is nearby. Nice and helpful staff. I like this hotel and will be back.

Selected this property because it was in walking distance to Accor Stadium for NRL Grand Final. I go to the Grand Final every year and this is the first time I have stayed at this property. I will not stay there again. My stay was made miserable by extremely loud doof doof music that permiated my room and made sleeping impossible. How anybody thinks that an attack on one's senses by that noise is acceptable is kidding themselves.

It's probably in need of an upgrade but is adequate for an overnight stay

Room was clean & comfortable, but rooms are looking very tired. Staff were great

I was visiting for a sports event and brought my 3 year old son. The hotel location, facilities and service were way above what I had expected and it was probably my favourite hotel I have stayed at. It had all the Novotel facilities at the Ibis price. Breakfast was delicious and catered to every preference, there’s a kids play room, my son was offered a little soft toy as we booked in and as we left which he loved and meant so much that they were so accomodating for small children, the beds were comfy, rooms were clean, awesome view out the window and the staff were so friendly, helpful and approachable. The location was perfect. We caught the train there and it was right across the road from the Olympic Park Station and Accor Stadium with plenty of dining options right outside the door. I will definitely be staying there again even if I don’t have an event to attend in Olympic Park 10/10 😊

located in a great spot, however the room is quite outdated. Room also needed a though clean as the chairs had food on it from the previous guests.

Staff are good, rooms are clean and location very good. Extremely overpriced when events are on at Olympic Park and still have to pay extra for car parking.

The room seemed fine but on the dirty side, there was cut toe nails on the floor. The shower dripped 24/7, the wifi was horrible. The bed was comfortable though.

Great location. Preferred hotel to stay in area but from this and previous stays have found that some rooms are a bit tired and in need of updating
