Absolutely amazing experience from checking in to checking out and everything in between. Cant wait to come back.

Stayed at RIU Palace Macao with my girlfriend from 4/13-4/16….. had a great time…..the room and facilities were very clean….the staff always very friendly with good vibes….drinks and food were better than expected for an all inclusive….pools not too crowded, clean, and laid back….beach was gorgeous! with peddlers trying to sell you stuff as to be expected in the islands but all very nice ….would absolutely go there again!

It was a great stay.

We arrived at one resort and ended up leaving to go to Riu Palace Macao . We were so happy we did the switch! The property is beautiful , the food was delicious and all the staff were super friendly ! Highly recommend

Very nice reaper for the price. Lots of activities to do. Food was pretty good. But some friends found roaches in their rooms.

Beautiful beach, most staff were friendly! The biggest issue we had is the food sanitation, lots of illnesses in our group!

Great place to stay so relaxing would go again

Nice property - food better than other properties I’ve stayed at in Punta Cana. Only issue is room has a mildew smell which can be annoying. I would recommend candles or plugins to help mask if possible. Overall stay enjoyable, safe clean environment.

The hotels offers a wide variety of food options, principally for lunch and dinner. We stayed for 8 days, but on the last days we got a bit tired of the breakfast. The beach, facilities and events were fantastic, principally the entertainment team makes a big effort to keep guests very well entertained through many games and show performances such as Michael Jackson, karaoke and dancers. Our stay was great and we will definitely come back. the main improvement points are: - the quality and cleanliness of bedsheets can be defenietely improved, the looks all and stains. - transportation coordination with Destination services can be much better. The team is not very collaborative and despite meeting them 3 times about our return day and time, we were not in the list for returning to the airport and almost losing our shuttle. Albin can be more focused and doing a better work, principally for those tourists we will not buy any private tours to them.

I found room service to be lacking and only one elevator??

Great place to stay I would

Well, let’s start with the front desk. My wife and I approached the front desk multiple times asking for help and got pushed away and redirected for somebody else to try to help us. For example, we asked about our shuttle ride back to the airport, which was included with our stay and they had no idea who we needed to talk to, very frustrating. Let’s move onto room service, the front desk gave us the number to call for room service and my wife ordered coffees to be delivered the next morning at 6 AM. She called down at 6:25 AM the next morning because our coffees hadn’t arrived and the gentleman basically said it was my wife’s fault for not specifying the number date although she said she was ordering it for the following morning at 6 AM. The following day we asked for the coffee to be delivered at 6 AM and it was delivered at 5:40 AM which got us both startled and out of bed earlier than we wanted. Just nothing but disappointment and unprofessional staff to take care of guests that are paying large sums of money to stay there. So now we’re moving onto not having water multiple days, mind you it was a short period of time with no water but still an inconvenience. The shower that was in our room had very low water pressure and took forever to get the soap out of our hair. We will never stay at another Rio ever again not just in Punta Cana, but anywhere, we were so disappointed in the customer service and just the overall attitude of the staff. Major disappointment!

The lobby staff could have been more welcoming. Seemed like we were an inconvenience to them. The pool area was beautiful but the staff could have been friendlier also. The buffet staff was very nice and welcoming unlike the rest of the staff. TheThe food was mediocre at best. My husband and I did not enjoy the steakhouse at all. The last night of our stay, we had no water in the shower. The last morning of our stay there was no hot water.

The service in general was awesome,food was great all around the place was wonderful,only one little problem with the showers in the room but everything else was good
