We had room 402, which is right at the top of the building. The room was very small but had everything we required for our short stay there.
The added bonus was the little roof terrace!
The building itself is looking very tired, however it dates from the 17th Century and like most of Venice could do with a bit of tlc.
The location was perfect, literally a couple of minutes from the main water bus stops at St Marks Square so couldn't be in a better place to be honest.
The breakfast had limited choice, but was suitable for what we required.
The staff were lovely.
