The rooms were clean. Lo ee the large soft bath towels. When we checked in we were not told breakfast would be late on Friday due.to a holiday. The gentlemen who checked us out in the morning was awesome he got us a couple crescents from.the breakfast area knowing we were not able get our breakfast we paid for. He also brought our bag out to our car

-A localização é muito boa em relação as atrações turísticas. O atendimento do Abel(recepcionista da tarde/noite) excelente. Estacionamento subterrâneo defronte ao hotel(custo extra). -Ar condicionado do nosso ap. não funcionou(nem no quente e nem no frio), chuveiro difícil de tomar banho e dentro de banheira escorregadia. Fotos da acomodação não correspondem a realidade.

Ik vond het een heel fijn hotel, op loopafstand naar het centrum. Vriendelijk personeel, heel goed ontbijt in een gezellige sfeer, fijn om mijn auto in de ondergrondse parkeergarage te kunnen zetten. Ik kan dit hotel zeker aanraden en mocht ik ooit terugkomen naar Burgos, zal ik voor dit hotel kiezen.

Overall a lovely place and well located. If shabby chic is your thing, perfect. But shabby chic 20 years later is dates and needs updated.

Nice place. The breakfast is good. A problem with the A/C that makes a buzzer sound. I told the clerk about it. She tried to give solutions but it didn't work.

The staff were amazing and helpful. We had our service dog with us and their accommodation for our animal was top notch! It's far enough from the city center to be a bit less busy but still provide great access to the main areas you'll want to see on your first visit.
