偽大床房！我訂的是大床房，夜晚睡覺時才發現中間有隙，原來是兩張單人床整合。酒店的回應很有趣：「因為你住七日。」最後雖然有換房，但對正酒店的燈牌，很光，但已再無其他房換，影響睡眠質素。

酒店房間沒有提供熱水煲，想借用也沒有。對需要飲用熱水的旅客很不方便。

有很多房間的大型酒店，設施已經舊了，能滿足最基本的要求，似乎是接待旅行團的酒店。酒店正正位於火車站上面，能夠頻繁地聽到火車經過的震動聲。由於訂房時沒有提供添加早餐的選項，我們唯有在酒店前臺購買。早餐12歐元一位，一點都不值這個價錢，即使半價也不值。餐廳很大，食物的選擇卻少得出奇，沙拉沒有提供任何沙拉醬，是我在里斯本吃過最差的酒店早餐。酒店唯一優點是非常乾净。如果要求不高，又遇到便宜的價格，才值得考慮。

房間大而舒適，乾淨整潔。離景區較遠，需要叫車出行。超市很近，附近也有各類餐廳，服裝店等。早餐素質一般。但總的來說性價比高。

Very clean, beds were firm, spacious for two people. Staff were helpful. Location ideal for restaurants and shopping

I had made a reservation that needed to be adjusted and had an email confirmation with the hotel's customer service that the change had been made. Upon arrival, I found it was not in their system and I had to prove to them it was made by pulling up my email and forwarding it to their email system again. We needed 3 beds. Upon being downgraded from the room I had paid for to a smaller room, we headed up to our room. There was NO THIRD BED. At that point my daughter went back down to the desk to complain. Another roll away bed was brought up and provided linens. Frustrating as the process took time to accomplish and took away sleep time as we needed to leave at 4am for our flight at the Lisbon airport. PLUS, they have a VERY SMALL parking garage so we couldn't be accomodated and had to park on the street. Very frustrating. On the plus side, I appreciated Antonio's actions to get us taken care of and while small, the room was clean, and beds were comfortable. Thanks to Antonio on the desk!

Breakfast is good

A few restaurants nearby. One pool closes at 5pm and the other one you have to pay $20.00 per person and it is open till 8pm. Not good for people who like to have a nightly swim

The breakfast was full of something for everyone. The room was cleaned everyday. I was traveling alone, and I needed assistance because I have to walk with a cane, which they were always willing to provide my needs. I enjoyed the breakfast and the conversation I had with the staff. If I go back to Portugal, I would certainly return to the ROMA.
