Literally cannot fault the hotel. So well thought out & considered. Bravo!

The room and bathroom were excellent. The Green was a clever attraction. Staff were excellent.

The hotel has a good overall package of amenities and location at a reasonable price.

Wonderful three night stay. Reception staff on arrival were helpful and friendly, explaining all facilities etc. Our room was large and comfortable, a bonus for me was a kettle so I could have my morning cuppa! Huge rain shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with so much choice of fresh fruit, yoghurts, cold meats and cheeses, cereals, fresh bread; there was even a chef there to cook eggs, or omelettes for you. There is a rooftop pool, hot tub and sauna, also sundeck with loungers. One of the unique things about this hotel is The Green. It is a lounge area where you can get free drinks (non alcoholic) and snacks, such as salads, small sandwiches and cakes etc! Location was about 10 to 15 minute walk into town, the bus station is also only a 5 minute walk away. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

This hotel gave me hostel vibes. Paying over £600 for a long weekend, is drastically overpriced for the quality. There was lots of mould in the shower and chips in the flooring. Positive though is that the room was very quiet (didn’t hear people next to/above me), it’s also within walking to basically everywhere in town.

A pochi passi dalla stazione degli autobus e dal centro storico. Colazione eccellente e break lounge molto gradita. Plastic free! Letto molto comodo, rooftop pool panoramica con vista sul centro. Oltre le aspettative.

Très bon hôtel. Proche du centre historique et plutôt calme. Notre chambre donnait sur la rue cela ne représentait pas un inconvénient.

The hotel was very good, clean, helpful staff, breakfast was a self service with some cooked items. Rooms, linen and towel were all high quality. Excellent service in the reception area for food and drinks that’s free for guests. Wound reckoned this hotel if you want convenience for central Mahón.

It was an amazing experience from the beginning to the last day of my stay, really enjoyed, large room, large bathroom, everything really clean and staff very friendly, has piscina, spa, gym everything you need to have the best holidays! Really recommend this place to any one who wants to visit Menorca

Un hôtel parfait pour des vacances. Avec beaucoup de petit plus: l’espace the green, la piscine, le solarium, le petit déjeuner, la chambre jacuzzi, l’acceuil, le personnel. En un mot: parfait.

Staff fantastic

Arrivée à l’hôtel à 8h30 après une nuit blanche pour prendre un vol très tôt, j’ai attendu 6h00 pour avoir ma chambre, ok le check-in est à 15h mais c est abusé quand même ! L’hôtel n'étant pas complet, j ai vu une dizaine de client partir avec leur valise à 8h30 et aucune empathie pour au moins me préparer la chambre, en sachant qu à 8h30 du matin les femmes de ménage sont sur le pont a les entendre hurler dans les couloirs. J’ai dormi dans le salon de la réception, puis à 14h, j ai redemandé si je pouvais avoir ma chambre, finalement, je l ai eu à 14h15. Franchement, quand les clients sont là il faut les accueillir et accéder à un minimum de leur demande, mais c est pas leur priorité, à bon entendeur.
