Una sugerencia,no hay cafetera en la habitación.

Um ótimo hotel em um bairro muito bom. Não gostei da cama. Colchões muito macios e já deformados pelo uso. Instalação sanitária um pouco defasada, com o acionamento da descarga em lugar inapropriado. As paredes são finas e permitem escutar sons e conversas dos outros quartos. Staff gentil. Bom café da manhã. Rodeado de shoppings, bares e restaurantes. Lugar seguro.

Fuimos de viaje de vacaciones en familia y desde la la llegada fue increíble, un lugar muy bonito, el servicio excelente. Descansamos sabroso y comimos muy rico. El personal es muy atento. Definitivamente si volvemos por Medellín será nuestra primera opción.

EL HOTEL PARECE QUE ESTA EN REMODELACION PARECE QUE ES UNA OBRA , EL LOBBY PESIMA IMAGEN, GENTE PINTANDO, LLEGUÉ MUY CANSADA A LA HABITACION Y QUERIA DORMIR, PUSE MI LETRERO DE NO MOLESTAR Y UNA CAMARISTA TOCABA CON MUCHA INSISTENCIA, NO LE IMPORTÓ E INTENTÓ ABRIR LA HABITACIÓN, ESO ME ARRUINÓ EL DESCANSO DE LA PRIMERA TARDE, AL DIA SIGUIENTE EMPEZARON A TRABAJAR EN LA HABITACION DE ARRIBA, TALADRABAN Y MARTILLAZOS DESDE LAS 7:00 AM, LLAMÉ A RECEPCIÓN Y LA PERSONA NI SIQUIERA ME DEJO TERMINAR DE HABLAR, CUANDO ME DIJO QUE ME IBA TRANSFERIR AL DEPARTAMENTO CORRESPONDIENTE, AUN ME QUEJÉ DEL RUIDO NO HICIERON NADA, LLAMÉ 4 VECES Y RECEPCIÓN ME DIJO QUE ESTABAN ARREGLANDO UN BAÑO QUE ME LLAMARIA EL GERENTE , NUNCA ME LLAMÓ Y NO PARÓ EL RUIDO, ME ARRUINO MI ESTANCIA. AL CHECK OUT BAJE AL LOBBY A TOMARME ALGO Y CUANDO LE PEDÍ UNA COPA DE VINO A LA MESERA CARLA, ME CONTESTÓ DE MUY MAL MODO DICIENDO: ME PERMITE POR FAVOR VOY A ATENDER PRIMERO A OTRO CLIENTE QUE ESTABA A UN LADO. PESIMA EXPERIENCIA, SOLICITO REEMBOLSO.

This was an excellent property and the staff was top notch. I have stayed multiple times at this location and it has always been a wonderful experience.

This doesn’t care for its regular customers, they all about policy and money and taking advantage of their customers with fraudulent charges

To start, check in was not the best and staff were not friendly. The room was not ready when we arrived. I felt like i was annoying the person assisting us because I had to ask questions about amentities because they didn’t take the time to walk us through what our stay and amenities included. They only gave us one card which was old and barely worked. When we got to our room, we had issues with the remote control that controlled the blinds, ac and lights. Also, The phone in the room did not work and we called the front desk from our personal phone, but not one ended up assisting us. Also, the bath room was missing towels and when we asked house keeping for towels, which were still around on our floor, they seemed annoyed.

The property should add wash cloths to the bathrooms.

The hotel is clise to restaurant and shopping mall

It was amazing. Rooms alway so clean. Breathtaking view of the city. Breakfast was excellent and a lot to choose from. Staff was very friendly and helpful and welcoming. I recommend this hotel for anyone.

Rooms so comfortable and unique. Five star place no doubt about it.

Es tan grande el hotel que no se preocupan por los huespedes ya que solicite dos veces tarjetas para la habitacion y solo me generaban una sola.

Hotel well locate, nice and very friendly staff, good food.

I slept in the most comfortable bed ever! Relatively walkable to every thing I wanted… Good breakfast and room service.

This is my nr 1 hotel in Medellin The Best! Excellent
