Was one of the best hotels. Very friendly staff, good breakfast, delicious food at restaurants and amazing view from the room .

Realmente una experiencia inolvidable, habitación limpia, el personal muy cordial y amables. Me encantó el desayuno, super variado, el Sr. José siempre atento a traernos café o jugo, en fin excelente todo. Definitivamente me quedaría nuevamente.

Buen hotel

A friend came to visit me for 15 minutes at the lobby and they charged me $100 for somebody to come there to visit me. I will never use this hotel account. Beware they have special fees that they put on you.

Pase la noche del domingo 28 al lunes 29 de junio en el Dann Carlton Medellín y me pareció muy deficiente el servicio, de los tres restaurantes que publican solo había uno habilitado, la atención en la piscina era muy limitada con un piscinero que hacia veces de mesero, con la imposibilidad de hacer solitudes formales pues al ser días festivos la administración es limitada; esto entre otros incovenitnes que tuve. Creo que los fin es de semana el hotel limita su oferta y es más un hotel para negocios en semana.

The staff at this hotel are top of the line. The location of the hotel is perfect and so are the amenities. I love that the property has 3 restaurants on site so you truly do not need to leave. The breakfast is also sooooo good !

lobby staff some of them are very unfriendly. main dinning area has good service. The Spa need maintenance and the guest slams rhe door all night long that bothers me that i can fall a sleep
