The front desk is very friendy with a lot of help. All staff can speak English. It is a very clean hotel, both bedroom and bathroom are big, compare with some other same level hotels. The heater is warm enough in the winter. Hope to come back again. Walking 10 minutes and you will find the city center with some good restaurants surround. However, we assume wifi should be upgrade.

Hôtel bien situé, chambre pour 3 au 3ème étage vue coir au calme, literie correcte

Chambre propre mais vétuste. Hôtel bien placé. Entrée parking payant très étroite. Il faisait froid malgré le thermostat augmenté (18°c au mieux). Tv qui saccadé. Personnel agréable.

Très bon accueil, hôtel bien situé près des commerces et transports. La chambre était propre et à un bon rapport qualité prix.

シャワー周りの水カビが少し気になりましたが、それ以外は清潔で清掃もしっかりされていました。他の部屋はどうなのか分かりませんが、宿泊した部屋にはインスタントの珈琲と紅茶があり、湯沸かしポットもあったので良かったです。

Personnel souriant et sympathique. Pour tous mes déplacements sur Tours et alentours je réserve systématiquement cet hôtel.

日本からです。古城巡りに行く為に拠点にしました。ホテルは駅より歩いて１５分位かかりますが目の前がバス停で駅まで、５分に１本あるのでとても便利てす。スタッフはとても 感じ良く、ワインの栓が開かなかったのを必死に開けてくれました。駅に行くバスも調べてくれたり預ける荷物に間違え無い様に私の名前を書いてくれたりして感謝です。
