Buongiorno Ho soggiornato 9gg nell'hotel e devo dire che complessivamente il mio soggiorno è stato bello Hotel bello con vista bella dalla camera sempre pulita con cambio frequente della biancheria Il personale del reception molto cordiale e sorridente soprattutto Maria persona speciale che ci ha fatto sentire come fossimo a casa. Secondo la mia esperienza ci sono alcune cose da migliorare ( vedi il buffet piccolo e limitato per il numero delle persone....aspetto delle camere direi essenziale....il servizio lasciato a dei ragazzi con buona volontà sorridenti ma non sempre professionali.....al genere di ospite complessivamente ordinario nell'aspetto e poco rispettoso soprattutto delle strutture e del bellissimo manto erboso dove tutte le sere un gruppo di tedeschi giocavano a calcio .... la presenza di gatti nel salone ....i tavoli senza tovaglie) quelle più evidenti. Il 5 stelle personalmente non lo vale del tutto.

Pleasant accommodation with nice workers

Fint hotellområde strax utanför Chania. Deluxe är inte deras bästa rum trots högst pris, även ingen lounge access trots att det står det i appen.

The Front Desk Customer Service was Exceptional! The hotel is clean, has a beautiful viewof the ocean, infinity pools and is located on bus routes that can take you easily to town and beaches. The daily breakfast that was included was amazing as well.

The location was fantastic as it was only a 20 minute bus journey into Chania town and where the hotel is on the island made it easier to get to the likes of Balos and elafonissi beaches. The hotel itself was really nice and we were very fortunately upgraded to the executive wing which came with the added benefit of a secluded swimming pool and bar area.

Schönes Hotel und Poolanlage mit guter Versorgung und nettes Personal. Zimmer war in Ordnung und sauber. Einzig der Gesamtzustand könnte gepflegter sein, was die Instandhaltung betrifft. Sind aber Kleinigkeiten über die man hinwegsehen kann. Manko: kein Strand. Aber die Poolanlage macht das weg

Personal war sehr freundlich und kompetent.Haupt Pool war in keinem guten Zustand. Viele Mosaikfliesen fehlten und es hat sich etwas schwarzes an den Stellen und in den Fugen gebildet. Die Liegen waren auch teilweise eher Hängematten. Auch im Badezimmer gab es Schimmel in der Badewanne und im Waschbeckenüberfluss. Das Zimmer war angenehm groß und hatte eine tolle Aussicht. Sehr positiv war auch dass man sich im Restaurant und an der Poolbar auch als nicht AI Wasser nachfüllen konnte. Es hätte in der Beschreibung klarer seien sollen, das man nur einen der Pools nutzen darf. Da es mir nicht klar war fühlte ich mich etwas wie ein Gast zweiter Klasse. Joga und Aqua gym haben Spaß gemacht. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Bus Anbindung in die Stadt Chania. Frühstück was mit viel Auswahl und sehr schmackhaft. Pita und Salat am Pool war gut und sehr günstig.

Property was beautiful. Breakfast was great. Rooms were definitely outdated overall.

The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located. It’s rare to encounter such dedication and quality—our experience was beyond expectations. We would return in a heartbeat for both the hotel and the incredible staff!

Rooms small and dated.

Amazing property! Best all inclusive food by far and staff was great! From the front desk to the be and buffet everyone was pleasure. 10-12 min drive to the Old Port and some good restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely be back!

The view from the outdoor areas was stunning and countered the dates indoor facilities especially the rooms. This is clearly not a 5 star hotel. The meals are all buffet style and the layout makes it difficult to navigate and work out what to select. The outdoor bar staff were friendly and helpful but the reception staff less so - quite brusque and not very helpful in terms of things to do in the area or providing local knowledge. They were not keen to engage in dialogue.

Vi hadde et swim out deluxe rom med nydelig utsikt og deilig svømmebasseng. Rolig og avslappet atmosfære. Vennlig og serviceinnstilt betjening. Rengjøring hver dag. Et perfekt opphold for avslapping og lading av batteriene.

Hotel was nice with plenty of amenities, but not really within walking distance to any shops or restaurants. It’s about a 10 minute cab ride to old down town Chania. If you’re looking for a place with multiple pools and plenty of areas to hang out, look no more. We had the room with our a semi private pool as soon as you walked out the back door. Rooms were spacious and very accommodating. We ate the buffet dinner here once and it was mediocre. The food just didn’t taste like some of the other food we had in the area. It’s moderately priced but we felt you could do more elsewhere. Breakfast was fine though. Plenty of options and it wasn’t bad.
