location is good

地點靠近市中心，房間乾淨，但沒有浴缸有點可惜

The room is clean & big, hotel is around 15 min walk to Gare Part-Dieu,15-20 min to city center. The staff are helpful and speak good English. They answered all my questions nicely. The only thing is that no slippers provided, a little inconvenience to my stay.

suis arrivée à l’hôtel vers 15h45 et aucune chambre n’était encore disponible, le ménage n’étant pas finalisé. Le réceptionniste s’est excusé, mais une amélioration du service sur ce point serait appréciable.

Old but well kept hotel. There is a big supermarket just next door, there are a lot of restaurants in walking distance and the city center is around 10 minutes on foot. I would not expect the car park to be more than double the price of a city center public parking space, so plan and book accordingly.

The room was roomy and clean. Some of the towels were a little old and could soon be replaced. One mattress needs to be replaced now. It sags, leans to the left, and is bent ⅔ of the way up from the bottom on the left side. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner and lotion would have been nice.

Ease and speed of check in and check out. Clean, spacious room. Attention to detail, carafes available to refill with water as often as we wished. Brilliant location for our purposes.
