This was a quiet, clean, comfortable place to rest after a full day at Canobie Lake Park. No issues with a late check-in. Front desk staff was super friendly. Breakfast started early which was helpful for an early departure.

The bed was uncomfortable. Probably the worst since we travelled in Tibet. The plastic mattress cover krinkled every time you moved. The adjustable mirror in the bathroom/sink area had not been installed properly. Molly screws should have been used. Instead, the screws were just screwed into the drywall. The mirror was ready to fall off. We also had problems with the TV. The staff were prepared to move us to another room due to the TV problems.

Well kept. Cute dishes and dishwasher in our little kitchen. Pool hot tub. Loved it!

Room was clean, but there was some smell. Carpet in the elevator was dirty. Breakfast was ok but not great.

Walking distance to a beer house is a bonus.

unfortunately pool was shut down and not available for use. We had a mini getaway with Grandkids and I chose this hotel becouse it had the pool

I forgot to tell desk at check out room 134 seems to have a drain fly issue. They are small fruit fly looking bugs that were in sink and shower area. They are harmless just annoying. Also the water was extremely hot, even on halfway. Could be dangerous. Overall, our stay was great!

Outdated Jacuzzi was dirty

I love staying at this Best Western. Its comfortable and clean. Rooms are cozy. Hot tubs are the bomb.

Unfortunately the pool was having maintenance done. It was our anniversary weekend. They really should've done it during the week. But over all wonderful stay in the suite we had!

Everything was just right,easy in great breakfast room was very clean the only thing pool was out of order. Great experience would definitely stay here again. Property was in great shape. Hotel very modern. Thank you to everyone who works there.

This place was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and we felt at home. We heartily recommend it. The tv didn’t work but we seriously were there to sleep anyway.

Convenient location, affordable and good breakfast. The room was large and clean, the only thing I didn’t like was the carpet, I had selected a room that was supposed to be carpet free, but it wasn’t the end of the world . Overall very pleased, pool was closed.

The room was tidy and bed were comfortable. The pillows sucked and my whole family had a sore neck.

we went with my family, we had the room with the pull out bed as an extra and everything was fantastic, everyone was super friendly and nice! I would definitely stay here again!
