For the price the location and rooms are good. The staff were all really helpful too and very friendly. It’s very good value for Biarritz I can definitely recommend it.

Great hôtel! Easy to access the beach and town.

Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit mais nous connaissions déjà cet hôtel qui est excellent et idéalement bien placé

Bien situé, l'hôtel est très propre. Le seul bémol est qu'il n'y a pas dans les chambres un mini-frigo afin de déposer nos boissons ou encore notre nourriture sans-gluten. Mais c'est une chose courant en France.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Man erreicht es vom Busbahnhof mit Linie 11 sehr einfach. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Die Lobby ist stylish, das Zimmer funktional.

Great little hotel. Everything was clean and nothing was tired. Hotel parking available at an additional cost. Air con in the room was great, effective and quiet. 10 minute walk from the beach.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The staff was so accomodating and let me check in upon arrival, which was clutch since I took a red eye in that morning. The room was good size and clean. The room had AC but it also had a window that opened easily. I preferred the fresh air and only used the AC at night. Fasntastic location, a few minute walk to the beach. I’ll caveat that I wasn’t a huge fan of the breakfast. I paid for it the first day but ate in town the subsequent days.

Stylish reception, bar and breakfast area did not compensate for miniscule room provided. Less than 25cm gap at foot and side of bed meant I hit my head on the wall mounted TV twice and bashed my shins on the bed frame. No room for chair, desk or other room amenities shown in website photos - avoid room 404 - far too small for two adults.

Chilled out hotel with great decor. Walking distance from beach and great restaurants as well as local supermarket. Lovely staff, comfortable rooms.

The staff super helpful and friendly. Sousana the best. Answered all my questions about the city. Has parking available for 25€ and only two blocks away from the beaches. Good location.

Hôtel agréable et bien placé

Breakfast was lovely and plentiful with freshly-squeezed orange juice. Room was very comfortable - we had asked for room on a low floor, which we got. All staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is just a short walk from the very sandy beach and the bay surfers enjoy. It's also a couple of hundred yards from the town centre, a nightclub and post office. We ate each evening at the Bistrot Angeluan at the end of nearby Rue de la Bergerie. The staff there were very friendly and helpful - especially Josephine who speaks excellent English which she self-taught.
