Breakfast was cold (except the parts that should've been cold, like the warm almond milk my wife put on her cereal). White towel in the bathroom had brown stains, there was a screw poking out of the floor. Bathroom floor mat was super old and yellowed. There was also no signage, just a piece of paper taped on the door that said "hotel Moncton." Won't be going back. Unless I'm in the mood to buy one of the old previously used teddy bears they were trying to sell at the front desk.

The workers are super helpful very clean and the location is walking distance from resto gaz station entertainment etc. I will go again for sure and the breakfast is super yummy à lot of choices

Clean rooms and friendly staff

Staff upon check in was very friendly. Room did have a little funky smell, but we kept the door open for a while and it went away (it was more of a motel than hotel or perhaps hybrid). Breakfast was a hot buffet with many options. Upon return home, I discovered I had left an item behind. I reached out to the hotel and was told it was found. It was less than a pound, a small article of clothing that would probably fit in a medium padded envelope, and was told it would be $32 to ship. I agreed but thought it was a little pricey! Other than that, a pleasant experience.

The layout of this property is more like a motel than a traditional hotel. The room was clean, and the breakfast was reasonable for the price. It worked well for our short stay in Moncton. We stayed on the ground floor and could hear footsteps from the room above, which was a minor drawback. However, the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Everything was very good, clean and tastefully done.

L’accueil s’est bien déroulé et la chambre était bien. Le déjeuner était inclus, mais se terminait à 9 h 30. Je trouve ça très tôt pour un samedi. Vers l’heure du souper, il y avait plusieurs enfants qui couraient dans les couloirs et balcons extérieurs. Par contre, aucun bruit lorsque nous sommes rentrés vers les 21 h30.

Breakfast was good, room was clean & nice. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything, the neighbors Tv, people outside , doors opening and closing and footsteps.

Everything here was amazing from the staff to the room. Very convenient and close to everything!! We will be returning.

Clean, kid-friendly, well-located, everything you'd hope for in a hotel. The breakfast was also very good for being included in the price!

Good breakfast and clean room

My only complaint would be I had to pay extra for a ground level room because I have limitations and was unable to carry my things up the stairs. I feel that because they do not have an elevator I shouldn’t have to pay.
