We were only here on our last night in Chennai, but what a fantastic choice we had made. The seamless check-in, the amazing suite room, the fantastic food and shopping recommendations by staff, all made for a great stay. The breakfast staff who magically appeared to take our orders and make sure that all was in good order and then magically disappeared made for a great experience too. The location was great and safe too. Will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

They have poor communication among staff. Had to wait for 40 mins in room for luagge, which did not arrive even after I called reception. Ended up, I had to go and take it myself. Also, when asking for room service for 2 portions of coffee had to explain so much. Staff need a lot of training to handle guest. This was my second stay and will be last.
