The room is comfortable and clean, the breakfast is fabulous, we enjoyed a lot.

Wauw et smukt sted! En perle i elche som giver følelsen af at være i paradis. Vi havde opgraderet til superior værelse og det var virkelig lækkert! Morgenmaden og personalet der var også top service. Eneste minus var klarheden i roomservice som vi ikke kunne få lov til at bestille….

Skønt område, De Tusind Palmers Hotel. Den bedste morgenbuffe inklusive a la carte og baristo frisk brygget kaffe . . Skøn pool område, der skal bestilles tid til sauna og jacuzzi. Eneste der mangler er kaffe te mulighed på værelserne og mulighed for at sidde udenfor husene. Vil bo her igen næsten gang vi besøger Elche.

Beautiful hotel! Well maintained

L'hôtel est magnifique et notre chambre était très spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner était également fantastique.

Et fint hotell i en fin hage. Senga var ikke den beste, det var forferdelig lytt, og spanjolene er forelsket i åpen baderomsløsning, det er ikke jeg, jeg vil ha dør til badet. Her var det heldigvis eget toalettrom med dør.

Poor service in general and the food from the restaurant was very poor

Habitación espaciosa pero le falta un hervidor de agua o cafetera y alguna amenidad mas (albornozn sin tener que pedirlo) y mejor limpieza diaria. El hotel es tranquilo y agradable con un buen desayuno y comida tambien buena, solamente servicio del personal podria ser mas amable y estar pendiente de recoger mesas y platos sucios en desayuno y comida. Piscina agradable (agua muy fria).

Great feel to the hotel. Disappointing 13 euros per day charge to park, feels like nickel and diming guests. Otherwise nice hotel, could do with a heated pool as it’s unusable early season due to being freezing. Good breakfasts, though would have preferred hot buffet options instead of cooked to order.

Very good selection and service at breakfast, also ordering breakfast from the menu is a lovely option, reception staff very helpful with any requests, room was very clean, and the daily cleaning was of a high standard, We really enjoy our stays at this lovely hotel, and looking forward to our next stay

We had a very good stay at this hotel. The staff were very flexible, as the first room we got did not have those in the shower, and they moved us promptly. We had the Fran Segura breakfast which was incredible. Everything else was nice. It's a bit disappointing that there are no coffee-making facilities And I would recommend that they provide this as standard for a four-star hotel. Also, I suggest that they do something about the "modern" shower facilities in some of the rooms.

Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja auttavainen, saimme apua aina kun sitä tarvitsimme. Siivous oli erittäin hyvää ja tehtiin päivittäin, joten siitä iso kiitos koko henkilökunnalle. Paikka ei kuitenkaan vastannut täysin kuvia. Meillä oli bungalow, jossa oli päivittäin muurahaisia, ja koko asunto oli melko vanha sekä remontin tarpeessa. Myös lisämaksuja oli paljon. Pysäköinnistä piti maksaa erikseen 13 € per päivä, samoin saunan ja porealtaan käytöstä. Sauna oli hyvin pieni ja huonossa kunnossa. Ruokailun kanssa oli myös haasteita, koska keittiö oli suljettu klo 16–20 välillä.

Det var inte riktigt poolsäsong än men det djungelaktiga området var riktigt attraktivt ändå. Folk bor i stugor mellan de stora palmerna och går på stigar. Ändå så ligger hotellet mitt i stan men det känns som att man bor ute i djungeln. Mycket trevlig personal och god frukost.
