The room is comfortable and clean, the breakfast is fabulous, we enjoyed a lot.

Poor service in general and the food from the restaurant was very poor

Habitación espaciosa pero le falta un hervidor de agua o cafetera y alguna amenidad mas (albornozn sin tener que pedirlo) y mejor limpieza diaria. El hotel es tranquilo y agradable con un buen desayuno y comida tambien buena, solamente servicio del personal podria ser mas amable y estar pendiente de recoger mesas y platos sucios en desayuno y comida. Piscina agradable (agua muy fria).

Great feel to the hotel. Disappointing 13 euros per day charge to park, feels like nickel and diming guests. Otherwise nice hotel, could do with a heated pool as it’s unusable early season due to being freezing. Good breakfasts, though would have preferred hot buffet options instead of cooked to order.

Very good selection and service at breakfast, also ordering breakfast from the menu is a lovely option, reception staff very helpful with any requests, room was very clean, and the daily cleaning was of a high standard, We really enjoy our stays at this lovely hotel, and looking forward to our next stay

We had a very good stay at this hotel. The staff were very flexible, as the first room we got did not have those in the shower, and they moved us promptly. We had the Fran Segura breakfast which was incredible. Everything else was nice. It's a bit disappointing that there are no coffee-making facilities And I would recommend that they provide this as standard for a four-star hotel. Also, I suggest that they do something about the "modern" shower facilities in some of the rooms.

Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja auttavainen, saimme apua aina kun sitä tarvitsimme. Siivous oli erittäin hyvää ja tehtiin päivittäin, joten siitä iso kiitos koko henkilökunnalle. Paikka ei kuitenkaan vastannut täysin kuvia. Meillä oli bungalow, jossa oli päivittäin muurahaisia, ja koko asunto oli melko vanha sekä remontin tarpeessa. Myös lisämaksuja oli paljon. Pysäköinnistä piti maksaa erikseen 13 € per päivä, samoin saunan ja porealtaan käytöstä. Sauna oli hyvin pieni ja huonossa kunnossa. Ruokailun kanssa oli myös haasteita, koska keittiö oli suljettu klo 16–20 välillä.

Det var inte riktigt poolsäsong än men det djungelaktiga området var riktigt attraktivt ändå. Folk bor i stugor mellan de stora palmerna och går på stigar. Ändå så ligger hotellet mitt i stan men det känns som att man bor ute i djungeln. Mycket trevlig personal och god frukost.

Fantastisk sted, hvor du føler dig hjemme og godt behandlet fra start. Super hjælpsomme og selve stedet har en fantastisk atmosfære. Vi kommer igen! Også for de gode cocktails

Hotel muy bonito y agradable, te sientes como en un resort en una isla tropical, sin salir del centro de la ciudad! El servicio notable, muy amables y atentos en todo.

The room was dated and there was some water damage to the doors which was disappointing. We clearly got given a poor quality room due to the price we paid which is unfortunate.

La struttura particolare nel suo genere mi è piaciuta molto. Il ristorante ottimo con prezzi in linea con il livello. Colazione molto buona seppur cara. La stanza molto carina, l’unica pecca i letti singoli avvicinati che proprio non capisco..se si richiede un letto matrimoniale o lo si rende disponibile (dato che il sistema lo faceva selezionare), oppure non si offre questa opzione. Location vicina al centro.

Gardens, nice room. Good lunch

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was lovely, the staff were so welcoming and the facilities were great. I really enjoyed my time in the pool. The setting of this hotel is very special, with the rooms in blocks (like little houses) set in stunning gardens. We will visit again.
