地點很方便, 去景點都很近, 房間有點小但還ok

This is really good place and conformtable in Venzice. I will be come back next time.

飯店位於聖馬可港口步行10分鐘內，但是如果攜帶大型行李要考慮威尼斯到處都是橋，搬運不便。飯店本身是有歷史的飯店。住起來很有一番樂趣，而且早餐也算非常好。唯一缺點是無線網路經常收訊不良，這是要加強的地方。飯店附近也相當熱鬧，生活機能很好。

No hot water machine provided.The toilet flush very worst.Make noisy sound keep continue.Need repair.Breakfast not good.The hotel charges not cheap but breakfast too bad.The receptionist Ms.Ileana who having long gold hair, she was impolite to the me on 29December2014 at 18:37 that night.I won't believe the receptonist will bad services like her.

Stayed 4 nights. Perfect location…5 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. Rooms comfortable, clean, and quiet. Woke up to church bells and the smell of warm croissants. Front desk staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Many restaurants in immediate area. A hidden treasure.

Close, but not too close to Piazza San Marco. Friendly and cordial staff made our most enjoyable.

Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt ok. Ich bekam ein Upgrade auf ein Doppelzimmer welches allerdings keinerlei Blick nach draußen bot und scheinbar neben irgendwelcher Lüftungen lag sodass es teilweise recht laut war. Für 2 Nächte aber in Ordnung. Schade fand ich das die Dusche teilweise am Schimmeln war, da müsste mal gründlich vorgegangen werden. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und auch das Frühstück war gut.

What an amazing hotel, location, history and service. One of a kind. Everything was wonderful. The bed was very firm but the room was perfect. I would run back again soon with the whole family. Fantastic place. Love Venice.

good location, not too busy for crowds as easy access to st marks and grand canal and rialto, without having to walk with the crowds daily as on last visit when stayed neare station end of venice.

Cute property in the middle of the city. Great breakfast and was located within easy walking distance to tourist locations.

This hotel was old but charming. Centralized located. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

WE had a great time at this hotel. it was conveniently located and the staff was sooo helpful and sweet. i would definitely recommend! :)

Hotel scomodo con terribili scale, bagno piccolissimo e senza bidet, assolutamente inadeguato per una suite molto cara. Piuttosto fatiscente. Non ci tornerei

The hotel is nice in general but it has a very hot side that we needed to open the window and use a fan in December. The other side of the hotel is good and renovated with better room interior .. Nicolo from the reception was very helpful.

Terrific place to stay in Venice

Lovely, warm and well positioned near San Marco. Really like the atmosphere. Staff C were nice.

The property is well situated as you can walk to most attractions. The Staff were very friendly and helpful.
