Near airport , few shop and restaurant. lobby have free wifi and if you reg the member,you can get the free a bottle of madeira wine,a bottle of water and fruit.No air-con and fan in room ,but we feel cold as the wind.Beautiful view .You can take bus to Funchal,around 15min and cost around 2Euro/way

Tout était parfait. On recommande fortement. Le complexe est extrêmement propre. Je ne n’abuse même pas. On reviendra assurément.

Not the best place Zero amenities, no parking, no wifi in rooms No direct access to pools/restaurant/bar. Noisy, no sound proofing. Would not recommend

Definitely a dated place, but great accommodations and LOVED the pool. Staff was also super friendly!

Hotel is clean, reception staff is very good, restaurant staff gets the work done but not very friendly. Room was in a bad condition, wall were peeling, door didnt lock, shower head wont stay in place, bath tube in a horrible condition. Pools were always dyrty, the gardens were the only nice and looked after place in the hotel.

Chambre spacieuse, ménage fait chaque jour avec changement des serviettes Piscine intérieure chauffée, les enfants ont adorés. Par contre le bar de la piscine est très cher. Petit-déjeuner complet avec le nécessaire et pour tous les goûts Les extérieurs sont magnifiques (jardins et piscines)

Matelas un peu trop ferme mais rapport qualité-prix très bon et petit dej inclus très copieux et varié. Bien situé en face de arrêt de bus. Personnel courtois piscine intérieure chauffee pas très chaude

The kitchen appliances did not work and there was no air conditioning in the room. The staff were friendly and the room service left the space very neat and tidy.

O colchão estava ruim, fundo. Não tinha sinal de wifi nos quartos, somente na área próximo a recepção. O aquecedor de água parou de funcionar em 2 dias. No café repetia as mesmas coisas todos os dias. O hotel não tem estacionamento. Tem uma boa localização, recepcionistas muito simpática.

Hotel antigo, mas muito limpo. Quarto agradável e mt limpo, pequeno almoço com boa variedade e todo staff muito simpático a atencioso. A repetir seguramente.

Piscina fredda, ambiente molto bello

The view from our room was beautiful. The room was very clean, and the housekeepers were lovely. The hotel is slightly dated and could do with a good refurb however it was a good base for our trip. The breakfast was nice too! Well located with only 10 min drive from the airport and 10 mins away from Funchal. Bolt and Uber were both available in the area which we used to get around as it’s very cheap! Also only a short walk from Cristo Rei which can actually be seen from the reception area.
