Buenísimo. La comida deliciosa, la playa de lo mejor y excelente servicio

Staff was awesome no complaints there, always very attentive. I was disappointed on the pool size/available chairs for the size of the hotel. Would have loved having more areas with shade especially along there beach chairs that had none. There is a second pool in the pictures of the hotel, as well as the cabanas, that appear to be an amenity for regular guests, however you need to be part of there club at an extra cost- this was misleading in my opinion. The beach view and access was beautiful and always felt safe. Finally, would have loved an easier snack option available not requiring to get out of your bathing suits again. That’s why I am rating it overall 3.5.

Bad service .

The place was beautiful, mostly cleaned. But staff weren’t very nice

I would like them to have room service in the all inclusive. Since other hotel have it which out having to pay extra

After a major surgery where I almost lost my life one of my wishes was to be able to swim again, we had a chance to book a stay for only one night, I am overwhelmed by the staff very attentive the big and nice pool and the ocean steps away. We enjoyed the food was delicious and the waitress at the television salon was amazing and very courteous even though it was a busy night of the World Cup. The hotel provided us with snacks while we watched the game. For being my wish after being so ill I was blessed it happened to be at The Occidental in Nuevo Nayarit. Thank you!

This resort was awesome! The main areas were super clean and we always saw someone cleaning everywhere we went. Our room was cleaned very well and we got new towels each day which was appreciated. We had no problems with our room and we enjoyed the view! The bartenders were very nice and very consistent in making their drinks. The food was overall good. We did not have any meals we did not like! The buffets were all awesome and I loved the omelet station. The person making them was fast, consistent, and great at multitasking! The resort overall was absolutely beautiful with its layout. There was wifi everywhere, even on the beach which can be pretty rare at resorts! There were lots of wildlife and cool animals around. I highly recommend this resort and would go back asap!

Resort was fine, food was okay.

The room smelled dirty and the water had a sewage smell. I couldn't brush my teeth or bathe in the water

The staff overcharged for an extra guest. The food was mid. The spa is not worth it. And the vibes were just low. Overall a 4 out of 10. Wish I could get my money back.

I liked the hospitality and the food in the reserved restaurants, Tokio was my favorite restaurant. The hotel was very clean. It’s a small facility but very pretty place.

Beach front is such a gradual decline you can walk out into the waves so so far. Very nice beach and one if the few places with on premises Pickellball court (only one) but better than none. Their selection of food is excellent combining traditional Mexican with authenticity and European flare in their deserts. My overall favorite place to get a Mexican Concha and a cup of coffee. I do wish they would make more conchas and have them available outside of breakfast. They make the best pina coloda drinks - yummy. Overall solid 4.8 rating accross the board.
