整體上都還不錯，只是棉被被套有一些些看起來像發霉的髒污，雖然後來有換乾淨的. 房間的裝潢設備比較有年代.

The AC had problem. It was off on the midnight. We asked the reception but they gave us a very terrible answer. They said te AC was not inclued with room charge so AC broken cant be an issue for complainting. We wont go thia hotel again.

It is close to the Düsseldorf Main Station. Walking into the city within 20 minutes. Very ideal for the city trip.

優點: 日式經營飯店，早餐豐富，有日式熱食早餐，離車站近 缺點: 無冷氣空調，夏天入住會比較熱

遇到新來的櫃檯人員，請她告訴我日本餐廳區，竟然指引錯誤方向，問路人才找到正確位置。

Room is small, like biz hotel in Tokyo. Environment is very clean. Not bad!

the room is clean and big, quite comfortable. However, the room light is very dark, and the light is white light, it makes the overall feeling is kind of frosty.

The room is nice and each room has a small kitchen could use for cooking. The beakfast is nice.

The best is the breakfast. Typical Japanese Breakfast. This is the only think I like.

有日式早餐不錯

酒店距离火车站很近，交通方便。房间干净，床很舒服。酒店房间地面居然是瓷砖的，有些意外。Wifi信号不好，第二天居然连不上网。

入住三周时间，随时可退及再次入住，方便我往返周边城市，酒店位置很方便，离火车步行只需五分钟，距离商业区也是步行可达。附近有很多日本餐厅满足我的亚洲胃，离酒店不远处有家自助洗衣店，解决我长住洗衣的困扰。地下室有简单的健身房，前台会很热情为你介绍这些设施。房间还帮我升级成大双人房，每个房间配备了熨衣板及熨裤夹，很实用。要是有微波炉就更加完美了。与前台闲聊中得知，中国游客经常什么意见也不提，直接猛给低分，让他很是伤心，我算是来帮忙拉高平均分的哈！

網路很慢(大概跟3G網路差不多速度)，空調看起來有點老舊，房間算蠻大的，但是價錢有點貴，雖然已經接近120歐但是不包含早餐。 停車位是露天的，不是很好停 (位於巷子內雙向停車，太大太長的車子比較不方便。
