We are happy to stay at a quiet, welcome hotel. Feel comfortable Not just Only the big comfortable bed, perfect location, fresh and yummy food, but also the warm & helpful staffs and the express checkin checkout. Its perfect if provide the conditioner and body lotion at the cold and dry weather. We enjoy the time and will stay again.

It’s the perfect location to University of Warwick, it’s just 5 min drive. And within 30 min to Leamington spa or Coventry. The bed is big and comfortable, it took us having a nice sleep as stay at home. The foods are fresh and yummy, we enjoy the breakfast time for hot coffee and tea too. We enjoy the time at Village hotel Coventry, will come and stay again.

駕駛了三個多小時，我們很夜才到達酒店，幸好check in 十分快，員工有禮親切地指導和幫忙self check in，很快就完成手續到房間休息。 睡床又大又舒服、早餐食品種類不太多，但一般的英式早餐是有的，而且煮得很好味。 只提供了洗頭水、沖涼液和洗手液，最好自帶護髮素、潤膚乳、拖鞋等特品。

雖不是很好，但整體可以接受，3-4星質素，有泳池，泊車位充足，但花灑水流較慢。

Room was clean

As you walk in the smell of chlorine from the pool hit us strongly plus there was very loud music that evening as there were 2 big parties taking place. There were two security bouncers standing at the entrance - door. In all, not a great first impression. Once upstairs you notice it looks run down and clinical - has a really outdated and basic vibe. The room whilst it was clean also feels really dated and very basic. Its also quite noisy as you can hear the traffic. And walls are so thin that we heard sounds throughout the night, including some sort of verbal fight going. The good points -Amazing huge gym which was fantastic, the massive pool, lots of hot tubs etc were all very nice. It basically felt like a very good sports facility with hotel rooms built around it! -Free car park at the weekend. -Bathroom is modern and bathroom has a good powerful shower. Unlikely to stay again as we had a really poor sleep.

Had three days stay been to same hotel many times always a great stay great location will be returning again soon

Room fitted all our needs and a good nights sleep. Location was great to get to where we needed to be.

The office had booked me in for the wrong day, and to make things worse, the hire van I was driving had a faulty key — with my locked phone still inside! Olivia didn’t hesitate to step in. She used her personal phone to help search for a solution, and thanks to her calm and proactive attitude, we managed to get it sorted. She was absolutely brilliant — a real asset to the Village team! Also want to give a shoutout to the night staff, who were really helpful and friendly too. Thanks again to everyone — you turned a stressful situation into a great customer experience. 👏

Was very disappointed with my stay, hotel had no safe or fridge in the room. One towel in a family room, had to go to reception each I needed toilet paper.

A really fun place to stay.

We arrived at 2230 and there was a party going on with loud music which did put us off as we were very tired from a whole day at a show. The receptionist was quite blunt and wanted me to tap my bank card but didn’t explain why, not something I’ve done before We went up to our room and actually couldn’t hear the music from the party which we were relieved about When we got into the room there was a card already in the electric slot and 2 fans were running. We were hit with a horrendous smell of stale tobacco smoke as though someone had smoked in the room. The window was open so assumed it was because of people smoking outside however we were facing a flat roof with no people outside We eventually got to sleep as the bed was comfy but upon waking up it still had the horrendous smoke smell In the light I could see there was dust on the headboard We had tea and coffee which was good and the shower was good however all of it was over shadowed due to the smell

Excellent stay at the village hotel service was great although the kettles in the room were full of grime and white stuff in and around the poor spout. Desperately in need of new ones. Bathroom was acceptable but things were loose. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay

I checked it came back to room Key wouldn’t work so went reception told them room number he said no your room 504 not room 501 I was like that isn’t right he said yes you are went back room got it 504 was empty so panic on as all my stuff had gone so ran back to reception said you need to open 501 that’s my room he opened it and yes it was I’m disgusted the way I was treated

Very, very hot rooms which became dangerous for my toddler (who became ill due to the heat in the room), even with fan provided. Need to invest in better heating facilities to ensure guests have a comfortable stay.

Let you know that we are not happy with Hotel.com. at First we have booked Hotel.com. it was stated that the price was £138 for 2 night. i have clicked the OneKeyCash of £42.26. We should pay £95. we were so shocked when we saw at the statement saying that you have taken out £145 for 2 nights. we don't understand why Hotel.com charged us £145 instead of £95. we tried to get your call number via Typetalk.
