The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and so was the bathroom. The indoor pool area is a plus as well as businesses that surround the hotel. The Sunday brunch is definitely a bonus!

Great budget option for our family. Hotel is very nice and the pool is great for the kids . Hotel room was average but comfy and quiet. This hotel is in a central south location making it easy to get onto main routes quickly and close to a lot of amenities, chinook mall and south soccer dome.

Kid loved the slide, it was fairly central, rooms were clean and comfy enough

Only minimal concerns were; 1. Side entry doors closed at 8 so had to go clear across hotel to other side to take puppy out to do his business both late at night and wee hours of AM. One should have access with their room card no matter the time i feel. 2. Only 2 pkg of coffee so had to ask for coupke more each day we were there. 1st morning housekeeping made beds but thats it. Did not replenish coffee, empty garbage and left Kleenex empty. Just minor issues.

I booked with Expedia, when I booked free breakfast included and when I talk to the hotel reception, they said it's not included, never book with Expedia. Hotel is too old and expensive I booked premium room but I get regular room, nothing close to fancy photograp on website. A

My credit card was on the blink. After calling the bank to amend the problem which could not be solved, the front desk was more than happy to allow me to use debit to stay. I was very grateful

We had an incredible stay at the Glenmore Inn & Conference Centre! From the moment we checked in, everything felt welcoming, clean, and well taken care of. A special shoutout to Iysha—her customer service was truly exceptional. She was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly for us. You can tell she genuinely cares about guests having a great experience. The entire property was spotless, and every staff member we encountered—from housekeeping to other team members—was friendly and helpful. It really stood out as one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in Calgary. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend staying here!

Very comfy beds, was perfect location for my needs...a bit of an older hotel but the staff and amenities are top notch. Price was great and value was at the top...will be back as our head office building his 5 mins away. Thx you to the staff!

The room wasn’t clean for 3 days they said they had no record that we were there so there record keeping needs attention.
