No air condition, old facility, but there is spa in hotel

Spa was very nice, wasn’t prepared for the naked sauna’s though as wasn’t sure whether signage meant swimwear was optional or not allowed, probably an English thing, so avoided. Naked people wasn’t a problem to us but families with children should probably be made more aware.

Im Zimmer Teppich mit Flecken und bei der Dusche läuft das Wasser nicht ab. Ablauf voller Haare Aber Wellness empfehlenswert. Personal freundlich.

Personal sehr gut, immer freundlich. Sauberkeit war auch in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war renovierungsbedürftig und auch der Flur etc. Überall hingen Kabel. Saunabereich wird aktuell neu gemacht. Warum der extra kostet, als Hotelgast ist mir auch Schleiwrhaft. Negativ: Gute Anknüpfung in die Kernstadt etc., allerdings überall Junkies, Drogenkonsumenten usw. Man fühlt sich sehr sehr unwohl, als Frau alleine würde ich dort nicht entlang wollen, obwohl auch Polizei vor Ort war. Restaurant erst ab 19 Uhr geöffnet, davor eine kleine nicht nennenswerte Karte… Das Klo auf dem Zimmer ist so nah an der Dusche, dass man nasse Füße hat(sofern davor jemand geduscht hat) oder aber man nichts aufs Klo kann, wegen dem Glas (zu eng). Alles in allem eher ein 2,5 Sterne Hotel anstatt 4.

Hotel was clean and Tidy. 2 entrances to hotel which was a bit awkward as we couldnt get to our room through main entrance due to spa. In moddle of hotel. We done the spa for €10 asnot included in the price whick was fair enough but when leaving hitel we were chatged for robes at €8 each and were not made awarw there was a cost..Rooms were ok fle soze and breakfast basic especially when €20 per head. 4 stars

The hotel room was very nice but I didn’t like having to walk around the outside of the building on check in and check out- not great in the rain when it’s about 200m. Found it very strange

Super nice quiet room. Baby crying next door but you could only hear it in the hallway. Good choice for breakfast .

Alles perfekt

Lucia was amazing and extremely accommodating when we checked in. Our suite was incredible and had amazing views. We will definitely love to go back one day.

Fantastic room. Spacious with sofa and a queen and a half wall and 2 more beds. A/c worked great. We didn’t use the spa so can’t comment on that. No garage parking available as they have to festival goers. Was lucky to get a spot up front, but only until 9 the next morning. Went to pay for parking at 9:10 am and already had a parking ticket.

I was shocked to pay extra 50 euro for breakfast, i arrived at 0.30, just to sleep. never again

Parking lot as very inconvenient with a car, couldn’t access our unit 22 from front and map very vague
