整體都算滿意，只是酒店有点舊，清潔方面尚須加強，員工服務方面相當滿意，位置比較一般付近食店難找，設施方面不過不失。

nice hotel. just not easy you get there due to the narrow Street and traffic.

Besides being a rather dated hotel, bathrooms especially, everything else, service, staff, Location, was top draw. Perhaps a 4.5 would be more realistic.

J’ai réservé cet hôtel via l’application, mais je suis très déçu. Le prix payé ne correspond absolument pas à la qualité proposée. Les équipements sont très anciens, une odeur désagréable se ressent dans les espaces, et la chambre est très moyenne. L’hôtel ne vaut pas le montant affiché ni la note attribuée sur l’application.

Staff was wonderful. Room was extraordinary and an upgrade from what we rented.

Spotless room, amazing staff, friendly and overall incredibly amazing. Food was out of this world too! The view is so gorgeous.

Very large apartment with everything in functioning order although looking just a bit dated but well maintained. Kitchen looks like it belonged to a former live-in apartment. Superior breakfast nice pool with Nile view

Good room in great location quiet neighborhood but the room feels old and need upgrades specially the carpet and furniture, checkin was long due to one employee helping another customer so I had to wait longer after a very long trip, the breakfast was great and worth it, great view to the river, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel

The hotel is a bit old but they have done a good job of maintaining it. Staff was very responsive and helpful which makes for a pleasant stay.

Very friendly staff, absolute perfect location on quite safe street and best neighbourhood, great view and nice breakfast. It’s an older hotel - which I find charming - but also means the interior of room does not seems super clean.

Väldigt bra personal och service. Bra utsikt och väldigt bra frukost. Rummen är lite gamla men det är ändå bra kvalitet rakt igenom.

The view of the Nile from our room was amazing. The staff was very courtious and helpful specially the relations manager Farida. The dinning area had a great view of the Nile and the breakfast was very elaborate. The dinning area staff was also very polite and obliging.
