Great hotel

Because of the restaurants in the location, it is hard to find parking. There is a railway right behind the hotel so it is noisy. The AC is also super noisy. Other than that, everything was fine.

The room upon arrival was clean, housekeeping seemed short staffed as our room was not cleaned the following day. There was no continental breakfast. Overall the stay was good.

We stayed in a room with a king size bed. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, room was a decent size and worked well for the two of us. We found the location great for what we had planned, ETS stop out the front door and took us direct to Southgate Mall and LRT line. LRT was a quick ride to downtown. Perfect for hockey games, concerts and Riverhawks game. Staff checking us in were helpful, friendly and very quick. Which we like, and the hotel was busy because of all the activities taking place in the city. Unfortunately we ran out of time and did not get to use the pool or hot tub but did look in and deck is clean and waters looked good. Will stay again

Staff were so friendly! The hotel and pool are dated but it is in a convenient area (15-20 min drive to all the attractions). Would definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms with helpful front desk staff. Lots of food options nearby. Resaurant onsite available for meals throughout the day. Area felt safe but is near a train track so you will feel vibrations from the train for a few minutes but nothing

Very friendly service. Willing to adjust room location at check in based on preference and very conveniently located. Nice property. Would recommend.

Super comfy bed and the best pillows. 2 restaurants downstairs and both good. Monsoon was 5 star restaurant!

The Holiday Inn was quite old, and even YouTube didn’t work on the TV. The carpet was completely worn out, and the window handle was broken as well.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Lots of parking. Coffee in the lounge in the morning is a great perk. The coffee is excellent!
