Struttura centrale, comoda per esplorare il centro storico. Personale della reception molto disponibile e gentile. Abbiamo dormito in una camera spaziosa e recentemente ristrutturata. Ampio bagno con doccia.

This is a great place, well located, very elegant and at a fair price!

It’s an amazing property close to all the tourist attractions. The only thing is the shower: the water pressure is not great and water temperature isn’t consistent.

La habitación era preciosa pero estaba llenita de polvo, en las mesas, sillas, cabecero un horror. La tele no funcionaba, era el mando, llamé y enseguida vinieron con otro que de primeras no funcionaba, luego si. Esta mañana al ir a utilizar el secador tampoco funcionaba. El precio nada acorde con lo que me encontré. Eso sí, el personal muy servicial.

Das Hotel an sich ist wunderbar und hat auch eine ganz günstige Lage, jedoch ist es ziemlich laut. Die Wände sind sehr dünn und man hört alles von den Nachbar Zimmern und gleichzeitig von der Straße die Autos und die Leute, die nachts heiter vorbeiwanken.

Beautifully preserved historic hotel. The architecture, interior details, and warm atmosphere but impeccably maintained and offers excellent comfort. It was truly a memorable experience.

A beautiful restored building, simple but tastefully furnished. Being a Boutique hotel it had a lovely friendly calm personable atmosphere. Location is just outside the main attractions but only 5-10 min walk away which means that it is in a quiet area of the city. A free open air car park can be found 5 minutes away but it gets full quickly so can be hard to find free parking elsewhere. Staff were very pleasant and the bedroom we had on the 2nd floor was very nice with everything you needed for a lovely stay. Breakfast was quality over quantity. Everything about the breakfast was really nice. It was a great hotel at a very reasonable price.

Excelente ubicación

Points positifs: emplacement, bel édifice, petit déjeuner copieux et varié, bonne literie, produits de toilette agréables, amabilité du personnel de la réception. Points négatifs: barman peu sympathique, bruit des chambres d'à côté, mériterait une douche plutôt qu'une baignoire glissante, manque de produits sans lactose au petit déjeuner.

We enjoyed our very spacious room at the hotel Cetina. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and convenient.

Très joli, petit palais, bien rénové. Lit, très confortable, hôtel, peu bruyant, très bien situé, avec beaucoup de petits services utiles.

Personnel très agréable, très accueillant et de bon conseil. La chambre 102 était grande, mais un peu bruyante car a côté de l'ascenseur.

Café da manhã com produtos frescos e reposição frequente. Estacionamento pago (€20), mas o da rua é de fácil colocação a um custo de €1/hora - vale a pena.

Wonderful hotel, warm and welcoming. Room and bed very comfortable and perfect spot for walking to all the major spots in Segovia. Easy parking option. Breakfast room and bar lovely with a good selection. Very happy overall.
