LO PEOR QUE TE PUEDE PASAR AL VIAJAR DE MADRID A PLAYA DEL CARMEN, ES QUE CUANDO QUIERAS DORMIR NO TENGA AIRE ACONDICIONADO FUNCIONAL LA HABITACION Y QUE TENGAS QUE AGUANTAR UNA NOCHE ENTERA CON JETLAG ENCIMA PORQUE NO TE QUIEREN CAMBIAR DE HABITACIÓN. CON DOS NIÑAS PEQUEÑAS LES DIO EXACTAMENTE IGUAL Y NOS DEJARON AHI TODA LA NOCHE SUDANDO Y CON LA DESESPERACION DE NO PODER DESCANSAR DEL CALOR QUE HABIA. NO LO RECOMIENDO!

the owner is friendly, the rooms and hotel is clean and conveniently located in PDC. oxxo and mercado is just around the corner. I love the pothos plant decor cascading from the top floor and around the common area. affordable price.

Gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für 100 Fr. in Playa del Carmen. Sauber, gutes Internet, freundliches Personal! Eine Strasse weg vom grossen Trubel.. Betten sind weniger für 4 Personen geeignet, da sie nur 1.40m breit sind.. Pool auf dem Dach ist spitze!

Excelente. Super bien, el personal del hotel super atentos y serviciales, Vicky es mención especial, muy agradable. Ibamos con nuestros perrhijos yorkies y todo estuvo genial. La ubicación, limpieza, servicio, amabilidad, actitud. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. Fascinadas que sea Pet friendly.

Le personnel très gentil et bien situé

Good little motel a block from fifth ave. Nice simple pool on the roof with chairs and shower. A bit on the loud side with two motels/restaurants playing loud music but nothing like the bars a block away. Night shades help with all the street lights and the not so quiet a/c will drown out the music. So you can’t really sleep in any kind of quiet without earplugs. Room was clean, bathroom could use a deep clean. Overall, it shows its age and could use an update. Staff was super nice, friendly and helpful. No elevator sucked with two 50lb bags and carry on bags. Lots of coffee/bfast and restaurant options around. Close to Cozumel ferry, ADO bus terminal and taxis everywhere. Will look for something even further away from the party zone and any bars/djs next time. As much as I like loud music and all the bars/restaurants, I’d like to sleep when I go to sleep.

Céntrico, personal muy amable y atento a lo que les preguntabas

This is the 2nd time staying at Los Itzaes. Hotel is very well situated to food & shopping! It is noisier that we remembered from our previous stay. No hot water in shower, but there were a lot of footsteps we heard before trying it. Maybe others used up the hot water. No big deal. The staff has been terrific and friendly.

Lovely little hotel, great location, but the difference was Martha at the front desk. She helped make our first night in PDC comfortable and relaxing. Thanks!

Nice room within walking distance of the ferry terminal and the ADO bus terminal.

Small little hotel, great location close to everything, very nice staff, the only shortfal, no elevators! Otherwise a little gem

Our room was quite nice, the staff was great and the location was close to everything. A little noisy at night, but that's Playa del Carmen.
