The photos on the booking website were very misleading compared to the actual condition of the hotel. I arrived shorty after midnight and was fortunate that there was still someone at the front desk. When I asked if drinking water was available, I was told that tap water in the room was safe to drink. However, there wasn't a single glass provided-not even a cup for brushing teeth-so I had no idea how I was supposed to drink the water. The room itself was extremely run-down. The carpet was stained and dirty, and both the bathroom door and other door frames were damage. The entire room felt neglected, old, and frankly quite unsettling. The front desk staff showed no expression-not exactly rude, but certainly not welcoming either. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location right next to the underground station, which makes transportation convenient. Unfortunately, I will not be staying here again.

It is just right in front of the metro station which is situated in a quiet safe and clean neighborhood. The hostel itself is a bit old with insufficient sockets to charge our phones and cameras， there was one under the window (behind the curtain) and one hidden behind the bed， which u need to pull the bed away from wall to reach it. It has free wifi. breakfast inclusive dont expect much， but it can fill u up. Overall this place is ok.

Acomodação bem localizada, perto de comércios e locais para fazer refeições. Possuí recepção 24 horas e elevador, o que facilita muito para quem tem muitas bagagens. Apartamento confortável, com ar condicionado, TV e um pequeno frigobar. Equipe da recepção muito prestativa. Satisfatório e com bom custo/benefício.

Airconditioning is not working. Asked for another rom, and was refused. Very bad service.

Funcionários educados, estação de metrô na mesma praça do hotel, o que facilitou muito, quarto limpo, banheiro com instalações antigas mas me atendeu bem, valor da hospedagem de acordo com o que oferece e com café da manhã a um custo de 5 euros por pessoa.

À moins d’être vraiment mal pris, n’aller pas la. Le tapis plein de taches, l’état des lieux délabré, rôdeur de cigarette.

The beds are super uncomfortable so I docked a star. Other than that, the hotel is steps away from a metro station and close to the airport, so the location is convenient.

O ar condicionado nao funcionava, falei pra recepção e me informaram q nao poderiam fazer nada ate o dia seguinte. Passei uma noite mal dormida porque estava sem ar. No dia seguinte me trocaram de quarto e foi tudo ok. (A chave do quarto tb apresentou problemas)

Breakfast very poor for me not good

Hotel was in a great location. It was clean, but funny smell in restroom. AC was not able to maintain room cool.

Clean room for the most part, staff was nice but not the most welcoming. Breakfast was the worst part about my stay, while it was free, the food wasn’t good, not much variety, always ran out of things. Not worth the free breakfast in my opinion. There was really good air conditioning though. They have the world’s smallest elevator. A big window with lots of daylight. This place is more in the inland part of Lisbon, it is about a 15-20 minute drive to the tourist part/coast of the city. If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay and don’t mind the breakfast situation then this could be an option for you!

A localização é muito boa, em frente à estação do metrô. Fácil acesso a tudo e o quarto que ficamos tinha à vista para a praça. Só a cama que era um pouco desconfortável. Mas valeu a pena pelo valor

O banheiro não possuía chuveiro adequado, apenas um chuveirinho de mão extremamente ruim, que inclusive não funcionava, o que nos obrigou a trocar de quarto. Os quartos possuem carpete com forte cheiro de mofo, além de paredes mofadas. O ar-condicionado também não funcionava. Felizmente foi apenas uma noite. Hotel péssimo

Ich habe für eine so preiswerte Unterkunft nicht viel erwartet. Aber die Dusche war beengt und mit Duschvorhang. Im Badezimmer roch es unangenehm. Ich habe als Maßnahme das Fenster ein wenig offen gelassen und die Badezimmertür geschlossen. Auch das Möbiliar könnte ein wenig Modernität erfahren. Dafür war das Bett unheimlich bequem, obwohl es anfänglich nicht danach aussah. Und wenn man das Frühstück für mehr wie 5€ anbietet, braucht man vielleicht kein Instantkaffee mehr anzubieten und man könnte ein wenig mehr Auswahl am Buffet schaffen.
