Nice hotel, friendly staff and great location.

The staff at the hotel were amazing and very accommodating. They were super friendly and all spoke good English. The room was clean and quiet even though we were near the elevator. It was in walking distance to where we wanted to go and to the tram station. We really enjoyed the breakfast. This is not a typical Spanish hotel , it has more of a North American vibe.

The building is old but the room is clean and the staff are very helpful.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Its was close to the arts and science area which was fantastic for the kids with lots to do. The hotel was clean and comfortable. No dining during the day but lots of options within walking distance.

Located down the street from museums oceanographic and their IMAX areas. Very walkable even to old town Valencia. About an hour but still very nice. Huge mall with shipping and quite few selection of restaurants just across the street. Mall also has Carrefour which is like a huge Walmart. Got super inexpensive water there. Rooms fairly small for family of four but that's typical of European hotels. Great staff. Continental breakfast included. Small pool outside is a bonus as well.

When I arrived at the hotel, I remember requesting for two beds when I got there I got a bed and a couch. I was upset and she said you just requested it. You did not have a room with two beds. That was the biggest downfall for my visit the room was very small no microwave no refrigerator, no ice machine just wasn’t satisfied with the room at all

Very disappointed in the customer support . The Air conditioning stopped working on our last day at the hotel. The temperature in our room was measuring over 80° f and Incredibly humid. My family and I would not have been able to sleep in those conditions, so we had no choice but to leave and find another last minute Hotel. The hotel manager agreed to give us a one-night refund. However, the refund was never given. Expedia customer support refused to give me a refund and attempts to contact the hotel manager received no response.

Nice and easy place to stay!

Friendly staff and professional. Hotel is cleanliness. Check in was quick. About 8 minutes walk to Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, a convenient bus rides to beach Malvarrosa beach (Valencia), and centre town of Valencia. Healthy breakfast. Highly recommended.

Not perfect, but I definitely enjoyed my stay. I will return again in the near future.

Hotel situated perfectly for the local attractions. Public transport excellent and easy to use.
