Nice breakfast and clean room

Room is large and comfortable. Nice services. The hotel is a bit far from city centre and can only be reached by bus.

Bus stop right in front of the hotel. Friendly and helpful frontdesk staff. We arrived at around 9 am and they let us to have early check-in. We (two of us) were offered a triple room which was very spacious and with a little pantry. The hotel looks quite old and facilities are a bit aged. But rooms are clean and we have a comfortable and quiet stay.

We stay four days. It is very The price is reasonable. Good location and convenient. The staffs of this hotel are very responsibility. Also the security of this hotel is very good.

Great hotel for a visit. Close to everything including grocery store. Nice to have a kitchenette. The only issue I had was the bed. Very old and used mattress which needs to be changed out as soon as possible.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Charles. This was my first visit to Budapest; the hotel is conveniently located on a major bus route, and thus was a good base from which to explore the city. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is generous and excellent. My room was quite comfortable. As the hotel is located on a major thoroughfare, the rooms that face that road are quite noisy. I requested a quieter room and was immediately accommodated. I appreciated the staff's kind, efficient response, and slept well for the rest of my stay.

Classy hotel with friendly staff, excellent English, and we parked our rental car for an extra fee. Good location inside the "city centre" which in Budapest is quite large because great attractions are spread all over this large city, not all together within walking distance. Easy bus and tram connections to all over Budapest.

The staff was fantastic, rooms were clean. The king bed is actually 2 twin beds pushed together. Shower was small and I was excited to see a shower sprayer, body jets and a hand wand. But only the hand wand worked. Not an issue but bummed. Check the hours for breakfast before you head down. We saw the buffet, and there were many choices. We choose not to eat and just have coffee. There is an elevator, but 6 steps are needed to get to it and 6 steps to get to the room floors. They upgraded our room to a suite. It was nice and included a mini kitchen. there is a bus stop right at the hotel, and you can buy bus passes when you check in. Mini fridge is stocked with items that you can purchase.

Atendimento impecável, tudo muito limpo.

A limpeza estava muito boa, funcionários prestativos,e o quarto espaçoso, com cozinha e utensílios. Não achei bom o café da manhã. Com suco artificial, e falta de alguns alimentos

Hat alles gepasst. Nur wenige gehminuten zur kettenbrücke (15 min). Alles kann man gut zu fuß abgehen. Hotel hat guten service. Frühstück ist in Ordnung.

The hotel is A bit old fashioned BUT was very clean any tidy and rooms A good size.staff very good and helpful could not have asked for any more from the hotel staff very good for A 3 star hotel.

The sheets were dirty, the internet was terrible, the overall cleanliness was poor, the reception service was good, but I would definitely not stay there again.

Hotellet er slet ikke de penge værd man betaler . Det er Max 1 stjernet hotel og slidt ned, dårlig beliggende ud til stor vej og mere et hostel end hotel .. jeg kan ikke anbefale det til nogen overhovedet
