Staff were super friendly and helpful. Incredible attention to detail. Food and drinks were all great.

The room with the jacuzzi was amazing! The panorama view on the sea with the sunrise was stunning. The buffet restaurant had quite a lot of varieties of meals and they tasted good.

Spotlessly clean and well maintained, the place looked like a newly built hotel. Staff are amazing. Food was varied and high quality, we used the main buffet, the French and the Asian restaurants for dinner and the buffet and Italian for lunch. Drinks were all top shelf brands and service at the bars fast and efficient. The all inclusive is truly "all inclusive". However, if you are used to Mexico all inclusive then this place is a little more restrictive as you are limited to the number of a-la carte dinners that you can have in a week. The room that we had was great. Modern, lovely sea view, spacious with plenty of wardrobe space. The mini bar is also part of the all inclusive. There's a water park for the kids and it is well away from the main pools. The gym is adequate. Spacious but lacks sufficient equipment if the hotel is busy. All in all, don't hesitate to book. We've done Mexico 4 times and Dubai/Fujaira all inclusive 3 times. This place did not disappoint and we will be going back. Tip: if you are not going on a package deal, hire a car. We used Eurohire and just let the car sit for 3 days at the hotel. It was cheaper than a taxi from/to the airport.

Es gibt riesige Unterschiede was die Zimmer angeht. Wir hatten das Glück, dass wir mit dem Management sprechen konnten und ein anderes Zimmer bekommen haben. Das war dann richtig schön! Gesamtes Hotel wirkt noch eher ‚alt‘ wird aber schrittweise erneuert.

Great holiday for a short break. Staff were very accommodating, friendly and hard working. The resort is not very well connected. So getting from the resort is only by bus or taxi. There is only access to al a carte restaurants is limited based on length of stay. This isnt in keeping with other 5* hotels we've stayed at. The food in the buffet was ok, if a little cheap. Eg chicken skewers were clearly processed. The chicken at the bar and grill was clearly fresh. The hotel offers good amenities but these aren't clearly advertised ( i.e. the evening cruise). The gym facilities are basic for this size hotel. Which is a shame given the emphasis on sports. The gym classes are great. No one explained how we could dine at other marbella restaurant. The room was excellent. The choice of Pillows a great touch. Late check out was a disaster. We didnt know until after we had to leave the room that we could actually check out late. So everything was already packed and last minute sun bathing missed in case we had to leave. I seems better process needed

The all inclusive package was a delight. We had a fantastic stay at the resort and travel to the main town was easy.

The whole experience is exceptional. The variety of food and drink is amazing. The staff look after everything and you're never waiting too long for service. The hotel itself is stunning and the rooms are luxurious. We had the Junior Suite with a panoramic view which had an incredible view. We'd be back again in a heartbeat.

From the moment we arrived until the minute we left all of the staff were lovely

The staff were phenomenal and very friendly. We were surprised to receive a room upgrade upon arrival and had an additional outdoor living area of our own. We enjoyed the spa and the dining experiences that Marbella offered. Would highly recommend this resort.

Loved the resort and how big it felt. Had a great private beach. My only comment was the reception ladies felt a little off 1/4 of the ones we dealt with seemed genuine and nice. Loved the a la carte restaurant kuzina

Our stay was great, most of the staff where excellent but a couple let the overall service down

The resort was lovely but not enough buggy’s to help people like myself who struggles with arthritis or for others who may have disabilities and can’t walk up the steep hills . Also the staff on the majority were lovely but there were a few who could not be bothered. And the hotel is lovely but attention to details like dead orchids in the common areas let the 5 * rating down With all of the above said I would still recommend the resort because me and my family had a lovely time
