员工热情周到，房间干净整洁，房间面积在香港来说相对较大。

我们没有要求客房清洁服务，但每天都有人帮我们更换床单和清理垃圾。感谢这位友善的客房服务员。酒店提供多种枕头选择，但我们没有尝试。酒店比较老旧，但浴室已经翻新过。一切都很好，只是建议更换房间里的旧地毯。

五晚期间，房间只打扫了两次。

The hotel is recommended. 9/10. The room have a big size. Due to the room in hongkong hotel have a small size. And metropark kowloon have a big size with price is affordable. The hotel have shuttle bus to the mongkok station. Hotel can provide for taxy order. The location to the mongkok hotel is approximately for 10 minutes (600-700 m).

The hotel is really comfortable and big size for a hotel type in Hong Kong. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Mong Kok station. If you want to walk, it takes 10 minutes to reach the Mong Kok station, Ladies Market, and Mong Kok market. Actually, the hotel is OK. Recommended.

Located near a shopping area, and the hotel provides a shuttle minibus to the nearest MTR station (Mongkok station) every hour. The hotel didn't provide drinking water, but it can be bought at the receptionist. The room is quite spacious. However, the room is not cleaned every day, so if you want your room to be cleaned, you need to leave a message to the receptionist. Overall, this hotel is good. I might come back again.

A busy hotel yet located in the center of cities. Food and shopping locations nearby within walking distance. Safe stay so far and they let the guests have their own privacy, wouldn't clean up without being asked. I'm fine with that. :) Thanks.

Good service. Not far from MTR.

The location is slightly apart from MTR. And the entire building/room looks old. But we have a big room.

Kamar enak lumayan gede, amenities lengkap, dapet mineral water 4botol dalam sehari. Terus depan hotel juga udah tempat bis stop. Tapi sayang jauh dari MTR. Bisa pesen taksi untuk ke bandara juga di hotelnya.

Lokasi dekat dengan MTR. Cari makan mudah, dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan. Kamar cukup luas ukuran kamar hotel di Hong Kong.

Mantab, ada shuttle gratis dari stasiun airport express, jadi dari bandara, naik airport express terus turun di kowloon, terus nail tangga naik shutle no k5, langsung turun lobby hotel, baliknya juga gitu, depan hotel ada supermarket wellcome, terus 20m samping hotel ada sevel, tinggal jalan sampai ke ladies matket sama mongkok, cocok buat belanja sepatu. Intinya recommended lah

Pada saat check-in, kalau tipe roomnya twin bed, langsung bilang twin bed ya. Soalnya pengalaman saya padahal dengan jelas saya asking untuk 2 bed, tapi pas sampai kamar hotel ternyata 1 bed, ya kali gue tidur barengan sama teman gue yang laki seranjang, akhirnya gue balik lagi tuh ke lantai 1 (tempat check-in) untuk konfirmasi ulang. Akhirnya langsung diberikan yang twin bed. Untuk tempat check-in lantai 1 ya, jadi langsung naik lift saja. Agak mahal tapi biasa saja roomnya tapi okelah dekat dengan bus stop. Kalau mau ke MRT agak jauh jalan sekitar 1 km.
