Lokasi sangat dekat dengan airport. Transportasi mudah. Hotel kamarnya besar dan cukup nyaman.

Staf cekatan, makanan banyak variasi, room bersih. Hanya lift agak bermasalah.

good...but staff restaurant not so friendly..i was book room include breakfast...but he always asked me if breakfast only for guest who paid the room with breakfast..😅..if I not paid it...i wouldn't even came to restaurant

For my stay, it’s bad experience. Actually, just 3.5 star-hotel, anyway, it’s cheap and convenient, maybe it’s worth your money. Pro: 1. Breakfast is so good!! While price is very cheap. 2. Room is spacious like picture. Bed is comfortable. 3. For airport hotel, it’s convenient and near airport. If you have at least 2 people, I recommend Bolt, Uber. It’s only £8.5, cheaper and more convenient than bus and taxi. Con: 1. Hotel is tricky. They have 2 names, another is Holiday inn London - Heathrow. That’s you can imagine Holiday inn standard, No, it’s not. At first, I booked Holiday inn and suspected because I cannot find this in Google map and Holiday inn website, also the picture is from Leonardo hotel. I cancelled and booked Leonardo hotel. 2. Once I checked in, staff told me I have 2 bookings. What!!!??? In the end, I knew the story, same hotel!! What if I booked holiday inn and I cannot find that one, need to book new one?? Leonardo?? Same location. 3. I’ve got the wrong room, it’s different and worse than I booked. It’s accessible room, I feel like I’m in Hospital!!! 4. The room has no tea/coffee. Garbage is still in the bin!!! Also, room has bad smell. 5. He changed me to new room. But not king like I booked. I need to explain, request for room I booked but it’s full?? Why did he tell me I have 2 bookings of king bedroom. Do everything by myself without any sorry from staff. 6. 2nd night, also no tea/coffee, maid didn’t add it and wash teacups. Bring tea/coffee/teacup by myself after waiting for half an hour, no staff coming. 7. Last night, water was cold, I wait staff to open heater for water for half an hour.

Secara umum menyenangkan, hanya saja ukuran hotel bintang 4 fasilitas kamar kurang lengkap, seperti tidak ada sikat gigi, air minum free tidak ada, sendal kamar tidak ada, sabun mandi disediakan hanya 1, WiFi cepat, dekat dengan bandara, pelayanan ramah.

Proses check in berjalan lancar dan cepat. Petugas di receptionist sangat ramah dan helpful. Kamar cukup hangat, cukup luas dan bersih, interior.modern. Breakfastnya lengkap dan enak, MANTAP, Lokasi dekat dari Terminal 3 (naik taxi sekitar 9 pounds).

The hotel room is super clean and cozy. The staff is super friendly, need a taxi? just call the receptionist from your room and the taxi arrive. The breakfast is tastefull, from hot food and cold food (salad, cereal, etc) all good. The missing point from me is they didn’t give you free toothpaste, but if you need a toothpaste they sell it for 1.45 pounds

Had to stay a night for transit at Heathrow. Had everything I needed, a nice shower and a big room. The bar was also open quite late.

The room is clean and comfortable. Very recommended place to stay.

worth it for stay at Leonardo hotel, I got the best view

Stay here for a night, since our flight was arrive at 9 pm. The hotel is located near the airport. You can get there by Hoppa bus from Heathrow. Clean and warm, service also good. Taxi from hotel to downtown is around GBP45.
