Nice room with a comfortable bed and lots of space. The view of the lights by the lake was pretty. Breakfast was good, and there are lots of restaurants around the hotel.

The room was nice and staff was very friendly. The hotel was updated. The pub had good food and you get a discount if you stay there

The second we walked to the front desk until check out the staff were exceptional. Right down to cleaning staff. We were made to feel like everyone was your friend. Will definitely stay again.

This is an historical downtown property. The hotel has been updated with some nice touches including electronic do not disturb/housekeeping door signs, well-appointed fitness centre with water and ice dispensers. The second floor rooms share a large outdoor terrace complete with furniture for enjoying some outdoor time. If you prefer a private balcony book above the second floor. Note that the historical nature of this building and downtown location presents some limitations that newer buildings outside of the downtown core do not face. Kelowna has a significant number of people who make their home on the downtown streets and parking is at a premium. Check in early if you want to park at the property.

Old hotel with low ceilings, doorways and narrow halls. The rooms was clean and updated. Great location for events and dining downtown.

Large and comfortable room, central location, large breakfast space so we never had an issue finding a place to sit,
