It's location is prime. Right on lower bernard street. Lots of store front patio's to sit down at and have a meal and a drink. Whether it's a piece of pizza or a nice meal at Earl's Kitchen, lots of choices. City park and and waterfront all within a short walking distance. The continental breakfast had some good choices to get yoir day going. Friendly staff. We stayed in a king suite. It was very spacious. We always enjoyed our end of day cookie from the front desk. Nice touch.

It has a beautiful vintage look. The property was very clean. The staff were very pleasant The free breakfast was amazing. Coffee and cookies available 24 hrs. Great location. Will definitely return to this hotel soon.

The staff are very helpful, the rooms are clean and spacious but the best feature or this hotel is the location. You’re just a few blocks from the lake and endless restaurant options.

Everything was awesome except the breakfast, I went across the street to McDonalds , could not wait for the hot food any longer.

The underground parking is very tight if you have a large vehicle or roof rack it wont fit.

The included breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options and fresh fruit. The room was well appointed and clean. The front desk staff were very helpful during check in and with any questions that came up during the stay. The underground parking garage is a bit of a challenge with large vehicles as it’s a tight space but there are some outdoor parking spaces available also. The location of this property is fantastic and the whole downtown core area is walkable from this hotel. Many shops and food options right at the doorstep.

Everything was great as always, except the breakfast. The eggs, sausage and coffee were not very good at all. on the other hand, the juice,yogurt,and one type of pastry was good. The yogurt could have been chilled or served on ice.

Our room is beside the elevator. The elevator is pretty old so it's noisy. And Curtain is leaking light. Others are good.

The location was fantastic. For an older property, well-maintained and clean. Handy to have laundry available. Quiet for being in the heart of downtown. Friendly and accommodating staff. Would stay there again for sure!
