酒店员工非常友善热情！地理位置优越，去娱乐场所、步行街和地铁站都很方便！附近有很多餐厅，适合从小孩到老人的各种口味！我觉得很棒。

地理位置便利，就在裴援街和滨城市场旁边，去哪儿都很方便。 但是房间有点旧，设施比较基础，房间里没有迷你吧，只有两瓶矿泉水。 员工服务一般，不算热情，但也没有像网上评论里说的那样态度恶劣。

We arrived early, but we were accommodated fairly quickly. The location made it easy to explore District 1. Ben Thanh market, Taka, the historic areas were all easily accessible by walking. Some people have complaints about the noise level. We faced the front on the 5th floor and had no serious issues with noise levels. All in all, the only noise came from people in the hallway. We found the breakfast had enough variety to satisfy our needs. I especially liked the soup, (by the egg station) which changed daily... Phó, Thai Tom yum style, fish... The coffee was also very good. There was also daily congee and corn and egg soup. The selection of both Asian and western dishes allowed for variety each day of our stay. We really liked the size of the room. It was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The only negative was the pillows were too soft. We would definitely stay here again.

Khách sạn ở mặt đường, dễ tìm đường và di chuyển, đối diện có hồ nước và cây xanh, cảm thấy dễ thở. Có thể đi bộ ra nhiều điểm hấp dẫn như phố Bùi Viện, chợ Bến Thành, ăn uống tiện, dễ tìm. Đêm không ồn, dễ ngủ. Lễ tân thân thiện. Nên book mọi người ạ.

Nhân viên nữ tiếp tân luôn trong trạng thái mệt mỏi, hay cáu gắt khó chịu. Thay vì giải thích, hướng dẫn thì bạn nhân viên lại có thái độ kích động, la mắng.

Phòng rộng rãi ok nhưng máy lạnh thì hơi cũ tối có tiếng kêu to. Nhà vệ sinh mình quen xài vòi xịt nhưng khách sạn thì lại không có hơi bất tiện. Mạng wifi tầng 4 mình ở thì yếu hầu như không xài được.

I was so tired after a long flight. At first, night staffs were so nice, the porter helped me to bring my suitcase to my room. At night time, air condition didn’t work in the whole night. When it stopped working, the smell of the room became more horrible. I couldn’t sleep for the whole night. I complained to the reception on the next day, she said she will change the room for me. That ‘s it. And she focused on my payment. They kept my passport. I said that I need my passport to withdraw the money at the bank. She asked me to deposit money. I had no cash at the moment. After explaining, I can’t pay without withdrawing money, she gave me a passport, and she kept reminding me pay money. The way she talked to me seem I am a thief. So disappointed.
