Bargain basement sheets, rust in the bathroom shower, kids greasy handprints on the windows, chemical smell in the corridor, no complimentary breakfast, no restaurant, lousy TV choices, door fitting off centre, safe broken, and more. All this for 134.00 a night is robbery.

Staff was friendly. Room was outsated but comfortable

Couldn’t adjust the heat. Room was hot. Room was very dated and furniture old and chipped.

Great spot for a family on a budget. The pool kept the kids entertained every day. The king suite with attached living space and pullout couch meant that as parents, we got to have some privacy but still be able to hear if anything was up. Nothing extravagant, but that's ok! This is our second year staying at The Casablanca, and we would gladly go again.

This hotel used to be really nice and it's restaurant very good. While the staff was pleasant and the room clean, it's obvious things have changed. TV streaming was impossible the Internet is so bad.

Location

No room temperature control. Very hot and when we complained were advised to turn on the fan in the bathroom.

although the heat in the room could not be turned down, the staff brought us a fan and solved the issue.

Staff was courteous and room was large. Place is a bit dated. The bathroom needs attention. Black ring around where the water comes out of the showerhead. The head is silver. This is probably mould. Water damage in ceiling over toilet. Fan is filthy as is the light switch.

The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Staff were always friendly, courteous and helpful- only 2 things we would suggest: room needs more lighting, and, both ice machines, floors 2 and …7 I think, did not work, so a message saying so would have been nice.

No restaurant or bar. No place to get food. Not even a name on the hotel. The room had very few amenities, ie, 2 Styrofoam cups and one tiny shampoo. But the worst was that the room was boiling with no way to cool it off. Terrible nights sleep.

The staff was very friendly. The room was very warm, and we could not control the temperature. It's a bit dated but overall clean.

The room was extremely hot and had a gross sour milk smelling odar in the hallways on the 6th floor. The room was also extremely stuffy with horrible air quality we had to go outside multiple times to feel better.

Hotel shut off air conditioning day of our trip and my friend had an asthma attack because room was stuffy and hot with no air circulation and we had to leave the property. Then they decided to not refund our room luckily Expedia came to our rescue. We would not recommend although the staff was very helpful they were not authorized to do much it was do to management

The staff is excellent but the hotel is very dated. The room was way too warm - no way to cool and windows do not open. The tub panel was half on - towels were overused. The hair dryer dates back to the 80s. Its ok for a night but don’t expect much.
