The hotel is located really at the city center, very near to the Ho Chi Min statue. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Will consider to stay here again in the future.

Good price but hotel is quite old compared to 4/5 star nearby.

Good place, center, good service

Staf disini kurang bertegur sapa, jarang mengucapkan thank you. Pada saat saya masih makan di restoran banyak staf waiter and waitress duduk di kursi tamu di restaurant.

Saya heran kenapa tamu-tamu yang menginap bisa memberikan review yang tidak sesuai dan memberikan nilai yang tinggi. Membuat tamu lain terjebak. Sedangkan jelas hotel kamarnya sudah tua. Padahal saya sudah hati-hati dengan melihat bagian bangunan luar yang nampak baru dan bagus. Dan terjebak untuk memesan kamar. Dan pesan kamar premium room dengan kamar yang harganya paling tinggi. Dan ada kesalahan waktu ketik jumlah tamu. Dikenakan charge lebih untuk 1 orang lagi.

Lokasi bagus, tepat di jantung kota, tapi pelayanan hotel sangat kurang baik.

Nice location, comfortable and large room hotel at the reasonable price The only thing needs to consider to improve is the gym and swimming pool. Overall is good enough and suitable for both business and holiday trips.

Location was good, Friendly Staff, cleanliness acceptable, Room size spacious, only drawback was the Air conditioning, which was not working properly. Repetition of the Breakfast Buffet menu becomes boring after 3rd Day.

The hotel kept charging unreasonable fees. I set my special request that I would arrive at 6 PM and leave at 8 PM, but the hotel did not say anything about the extra fee that will be charged if we did not leave by 12. I have visitors to the hotel and they still tried to charge me. I booked the two-people room, and only one used, and they did not say anything. This hotel is awful!
