酒店阳台很多鸟屎很脏，房间设施很老旧，员工服务态度很差，连接不上Wi-Fi，这间酒店是我住过最差的酒店。

We loved staying at Luna Palace. We were there for the month of January and loved everything about it . The staff were great and the front desk spoke very good English . The air conditioning worked perfectly . They were very quick to any small problem that came up and as one time our stove quit working and they were there in 10 minutes to fix it. The room cleaning is excellent It's a small resort and we liked that the pool music was not loud or aggravating. There are no daily night shows which we like I was there to relax and spend time on the beach. Walking south you can walk for miles when the tide is down. We didn't eat at the resort this year. We cooked our own meals and I think all rooms have a kitchenette which was adequate for what we wanted. There is a Walmart that has everything a short taxi ride away. Its a popular place for families with small children .Thank you Luna Palace for an excellent stay!!

Everything I wanted for a relax and recharge beach vacation! Comfortable beds, kitchenette, amazing view of the ocean. Swim in the warm clean pool or walk down a few steps and swim in the Ocean. Friendly kind staff with good English skills. Clean, neat, and well maintained!

El desayuno tenía buen sabor en gral, y puedes desayunar en cualquiera de sus otras sucursales. La unica falla en sus instalaciones era el elevador que tarda bastante en llegar. El hotel es pequeño y familiar, ideal si quieres tranquilidad.

la verdad tengo años comprando mis viajes con expedía y es el peor hotel all exclusive que he recivido según es todo incluido y todo te cobran hasta el café que te dejan en el cuarto solo te dejan 2 botellas de agua y para colmo uno de los bar tenders me faltó el respeto jamás regresaré a este hotel me lleve muy mala experiencia
