Good thing is it nears Gautrain which can take me to airport, Sandton, office.....convinence. Staff there have no sense of service nor smile. Not much expectation.

Water and air conditioning was not available or working

Comfortable queen bed with good amenities and mini kitchen. Courteous and friendly staff at reception and in dining room. Conveniently located across from the Rosebank Mall and The Zone The hop on hop off bus stops opposite the hotel.

The stay was amazing. The location of the property is absolutely perfect for a family!!

Always a pleasure to stay at the hotel

This is a safe and lovely property, directly across the street from a mall with all the necessary food options as well as the Hop On Hop Off Bus stop. Perfect locale! Great staff and beautiful grounds. The only complaint I have is that the bed could use an upgrade; it felt old and saggy and hard.

It was a distance from the airport but we used Uber and fare was quite reasonable.

Great location. Loved having the room open onto a grassed area. Hate the shower over the bath - potentially dangerous. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and would stay again

A beautiful, clean, safe, lovely retreat with a most excellent gym and a wonderful breakfast. Well done!

The room was excellent

I have been staying here for 25 years . It cannot be beat for location, value and service.

The hotel is well placed for tourists, so many restaurants and African craft markets, literally across the street. The Hop on Hop off tour bus is right there. The hotel itself is lovely, clean , super comfy beds and the staff is exceptionally professional, helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again!!

Great location. Across the road from the train station, which is easy, safe and clean Opposite of most public transport in the USA ;)
