Staff were very accommodating and the hotel was excellent; however, Wi-Fi was not working throughout my stay, and it is necessary for me who is working on the go. I tried calling, but the issue was not resolved until our check-out time.

Bad experience ever. Don't don't like the foods too. I only like the casino. Smoking area is too far since I'm a smokers they have to provide smoking area. It sucks makes me paid 10000 tho I'm the one who tell my sister to stay there.

The room is clean, complete with bath essentials. Staff very responsive when I complained of water heater not functioning, I checked in early without any hassle and additional payment. The food is great. You should avail their breakfast for a complete experience.

Our room accommodation was upgraded to deluxe and was able to have an early check in. Front desk manager was very accommodating and polite. It was a great stay ✨🥂.

Spacious and very clean room with very polite and friendly staff making it one of the best hotels in cebu.

They don’t allow early check in even if we arrived just 30mins before the check in time.

My whole family had a great experience during our two night stay. We enjoyed a lot especially the breakfast buffet. the room is so spacious, and the staff especially the chambermaid were so courteous and accommodating.

Food was great, room was very spacious and clean.

Its an ok hotel with dated furniture but the main issue was the bed. It was sagging in the middle and I can feel the metal spring. They should just change the mattress when it starts to sag.
