The price was very affordable and the location and environment of the hotel was great. The only thing that didn't meet my expectations was that the soundproofing of the guesthouse was a bit poor, I could hear loud noises from next door and the ice machine working outside of the room.

Staff was kind and helpful.

The hotel is very close to the West Edmonton Mall (about a 3 minute walk)! The staff at the hotel were helpful, and there was a free continental breakfast (which was pretty good). However, we did find the hotel was a bit dated and there were some things that were not working properly. Aside from that, our stay was good. It fit the requirements and it felt safe and secure!

Toilet broke during the night and we had to be moved. Front desk was not great at answering the phone when needed. No mall directories or pens in the room. Slippery shower floor.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was meager and eating area was in a small room on the 3rd floor. The room we had smelled like a basement suite.

Liked the proximity to the mall for shopping and finner

Great service! Clean and good breakfast.

Rooms are clean comfortable and quiet/staff member did not facilitate me with a wash room after 2 attempts and send me across the street to the mall to use a wash room when I badly needed to go./ parking was good/ shops were in close proximity. This experience had leave a bad taste in my mouth knowing that a hotel doesn’t have a lobby wash room to use incase you need one and the staff member didn’t offer me any options on site.

Great location right across the street from the West Edmonton Mall. Rooms are very reasonable especially mid week. Continental breakfast does not have any hot items but a great variety to choose from. Parking is great right outside the hotel plus they have underground parking. Overall the stay was very enjoyable.
