Good view, strategic place, clean.

Everything was OK. The room was nice, the staff friendly and helpful. The only glitch was the crazy room key cards. They were required to gain access to the elevator, the room and for late night entry at the main doors. We had a lot of trouble getting them to work. We noticed we were not alone and we even had the staff replace both of our key cards but that didn't help. We got stuck in the lift a few times trying to get the key card to work. Eventually, it did work most times and some other times we were saved by other guests who discovered us in the elevator trying to get our cards to work. Luckily their cards worked with fewer failed attempts than ours. Other than the constant issues with the elevator and entering our room, everything else was lovely.
