Best staff ever!!!

The entire building was gorgeous and in the perfect location for a Broadway show + the winter village at Bryant park. Can’t say enough good things about the staff. We can’t wait to return!

For the last 15 years this has been my go to hotel in NYC. ALL the Staff there are amazing and treat me like family! I can’t even imagine staying elsewhere!

Great location and clean rooms, though the standard rooms are quite small and the window view was unfortunately blocked by ongoing construction. Pillows and blankets could also be improved to better reflect the hotel’s level. With a few upgrades, it could offer a much more comfortable stay.

This property was so wonderful! Quiet, updated, extremely clean, and the staff went above and beyond!

beautiful park view corner room great location

Our room was beautiful, bright and clean

Wer es trubelig mag (-> Nähe zu Times Square) ist hier gut aufgehoben bei moderatem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (New Yorker Preismaßstab). Unterkunft erscheint im Eingangsbereich / Rezeption und Aufzug etwas ungepflegt. Das Zimmer welches wir hatten war aber sehr ordentlich und sauber. Wir hatten ein Upgrade, was sich sicher auch gelohnt hat. Leider war das Zimmer nicht auf eine gemütliche Temperatur zu bringen - wir haben echt „gefroren“, trotz Klimaanlage auf wärmster Stufe. Sonst aber alles gut. Sehr netter Service und Personal!

The room was recently renovated and beautifully appointed. The staff is so accommodating. Shout out to Jo at the front desk! They offer valet service for which is such a great perk. The Holiday village in the Bryant park will be open soon. It’s directly across the street and is so fun!

John was excellent and stay was comfortable.

This is a great hotel. We love it here, especially the soaking tub. Nothing better after a day of NYC walking.
