Clean great family place

Room spotless, kind and courteous staff.

Suite was great with 2 bedrooms and kitchen / living room 2 bathrooms. Pool was lots of fun and breakfast was impressive.

It was a good stay, we will be back

The room was cleanish, the bathroom could have used closer attention, shower curtain was torn, floor, walls and ceiling were dirty in the bathroom and the shower had poor repairs and no water pressure. Beds and rest of the room were clean and comfortable. Staff were nice and breakfast is okay.

The room was clean, the Friendly and professional staff, we liked the breakfast, and my daughter loved the pool and hot tub.

We had a 2 bedroom suite. It was a nice size, had two bathrooms, comfortable beds and the floor it was on was very quiet despite the hotel being quite busy.

From the check in through out our one night stay, the service was top notch! The fellow at the front desk was a one man show (we stayed Dec 23 and most of his staff were all given the holidays off). He was so friendly and the room was clean and warm. The pool, hot tub and waterslide were a bonus after a long day of travelling. The only slight issue was the beds were a little older but still a good sleep nonetheless. Complimentary breakfast was not just a muffin and a juice. We had bacon, eggs, sausage, pancakes and plenty of other options, including gluten free. We would definitely stay here again.

Appreciated the upgrade to the Honeymoon suite 😀. Pleasant staff. Breakfast food items needed to be refilled at 8am. Temperature of the room was perfect. Cleaning was not thorough as a Remembrance Day poppy from a previous guest was behind the leg of the bed. Other than that the room appeared clean. Enjoyed the comfortable seating, in-room hot tub and fireplace very much.

Large mouse, possibly rat in hotel room. Room was not very clean and had open drinks left in cupboard. Was given a different room but no other compensation. No where to sit with family in breakfast area.

Don’t put a older couple next to the pool

Staff were very polite and positive.The room with three double beds was awesome.

Great place for the families with children. Friendly staff, pool and with water slide and hot tub. Older hotel, would recommend going at non-high season for better prices. Situated in a parking lot near gas stations, grocery store and chain restaurants. Convenient, no-fuss stay. Kitchenette is nice.

The staff were great:) Rooms are worn and could use some updating, bedroom doors in the suite didn’t latch. Dishwasher was incredibly loud.
