nice staffs and good position to Roma attractions and the metro and train systems, but one of the rooms we stayed was too small even though we paid the same tariff. They should offer the same treatment to the same tariff.

not a customer friendly hotel, bed room is small, bathing room is big but the shower place is extremely small.

Quarto limpo . Cama confortável. Café da manhã com pouco variedade , não tinha Sanduicheira. Pouquíssimos funcionários no hotel , e um mais mal humorado que o outro . Calefação estava montada ao contrário . Máximo é mínimo invertido. Televisão pequena e sem opção.

Everything was great. The check in process was fast. Enjoyed breakfast specially it was located on the rooftop. The room was always clean. Friendly and helpful staffs.

Overall, I was expecting more based on the photos and the reviews. The hotel is ok, pretty basic, but centrally located and easy for a stay near Termini. The breakfast was very good. Unlike what was mentioned in the description, the hotel does not have a bar.

Små rum men rent och snyggt. Bra frukost. Vänlig och tillmötesgående personal. Störande ljud från gatan på nattetid/ tidig morgon då det hämtades sopor och lämnades varor. Kan dock varmt rekommenderas.

O quarto e o banheiro são bem limpos e organizados. Todavia, cabe ressaltar que o quarto é um pouco apertado, não cabe bem as malas e é difícil de andar nele. O armário disponível é bem pequeno, mas é útil. Tem um frigobar que supre bem as necessidades básicas. O banheiro é muito bom e tem itens de higiene de qualidade. O café da manhã tem muitas opções e uma vista linda!

Great property in convenient location, the rooms do seem rather warm so it would be useful if the AC was working.

At the time we were staying in Rome at the EXE Domus Aurea it was hot weather, unusual for October. The hotel had already turned off their central air conditioning for the season, that was the response from the front desk when we complained that the rooms (we stayed in 3 rooms) were very hot, and they just did not do anything to help us. We had to open the windows at night and our rooms were facing the street, so it was very noisy. We couldn’t sleep well because of the noise.

Hotel très bien situé pour visites à pieds ou à proximités des divers transports. Le quartier est calme et encore plus avec une chambre sur l'arrière. Chambre un peu vétustes mais très fonctionnelles et bonne literie. Personnel très sympathique , très serviable
