Property is very nice, clean and quote. Staff wasn't friendly, some of them too rude, specially the lady at the front desk on Sunday May 25th around 2pm she was really awful.

Hotel location was convenient making it within 20m-30m drive

Always an awesome stay, I've been staying there for years. Unfortunately they've started charging guests for parking which wasn't a thing before. I still love the place, it's in an amazing and convenient location, i just don't like the nickel and diming

The room was ok but the furniture is very much outdated and so is the gym. The hotel breakfast is by far the worst meal i've had anywhere. There was an a/c leak in the lobby the entire time i was there and the pool was not clean. I request extra ammenties for the room which i got about two days later. The bathrooms are extremely small and the tub leaked from the outside everytime i used it. Some positives are the surrounding area which felt safe and close to gas stations and the westfield mall. Overall, i probably would not stay at this hotel again unless they make some major changes. The staff were not rude but could be a bit more enthusiast about their service delivery.

Second time staying here. Staff is great. Quiet, affordable place. Haven't had any complaints as yet. They are persuading me to switch from my frequent hotel to them. That other place don't even include breakfast but they do which is good.

We did not receive the room we had reserved - queen bed rather than king…otherwise, stay was fine - facility excellent as well as breakfast selection and quality. Would stay again.

Stayed in the hotel as it was close to the rink for a nhl game. Was within 10 minutes of rink, clean hotel but dated.

The check out staff was awful

All people that we had contact with at the hotel were pleasant and welcoming. Room was clean. It is a great place to stay as it is close to hospital, shopping and restaurants.The only downfall was the tub drains in our rooms were not working and filled up the tub when we showered. We would come back again and stay. Highly recommend.

When we checked in, we were given a room that was previously used and not cleaned. The smell when you opened the door was mortifying. The staff was able to get us into another room within minutes. Unfortunately I couldn’t get comfortable and wanted to leave :(

Staff was very helpful and accomodating

Everything was good except one thing. They charge you $5 a day for parking. It’s the first time I see that and it’s absurd and ridiculous

The rooms were spacious

Hotel is very nice and recommended for family and quiet stay, have a little kitchen with refrigerator that is a plus, breakfast is excellent, front desk was not so friendly in the welcome as seems she has so much work but at least you smile, they not clean or make room daily, but the part that makes you angry is the charging of 5USD extra for each day per parking and makes no sense, as you park in the sorroundings of the hotel as any other hotel in the area. There was no advise from hotels about this extra, and even I told them in front desk, you must pay and thats their rule. If you choose a long stay be careful with this extra charges.
