Room is small. When I had question how to call other rooms, there's no one can answer me. It's very strange that no one in receiption during the midnight.

Was a nice hotel just outside of Basel. They offer a transit ticket for the day complimentary which will get you into the city of Basel and around so that is quite helpful. Parking is underground at the rear of the hotel, at an additional charge, in the same garage that is used by the COOP next door and is very convenient. They do not have air conditioning, so you will have to do with keeping the metal shades closed to keep the sun off the windows, however no air circulation so can get quite stuffy on hot days. It is a bit of an older hotel, and while very clean and well kept, some of the modern conveniences are not there. No air conditioning and there are not too many outlets to charge devices. There are also no USB A or C ports in the room so you will have to use an outlet and adaptor. Location was good if you don't want to stay directly in Basel and tram ride only took about 15 minutes to get into the heart of the town.

It is nice hotel. However, the rooms are not set up well for people to plug in laptops or phones unless you unplugs lamps or other things.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig. Sehr nett war das Personal. Unkomplizierter Check in. Parkplätze stehen im Parkhaus ausreichend zir Verfügung. Das Frühstück war reichlich und lecker. Dank der Basel-Card plus konnten wir die Umgebung ohne eigenes Auto erkunden. Super Idee 👍

Wasser in der Badewanne ist nicht abgelaufen.

Rigtig god morgenmadsmulighed, godt at der er bus og tog kort inkluderet i turist skatten, generelt fint hotel ud over at der ikke var air condition, når temperaturen rammer 39 grader er det svært at være til uden.

Hotel til den ældre side, uden AC eller ventilation udenfor værelset. Meget varmt i hedebølgen. Kun en type kaffe at hente i "kaffebaren" men der er direkte adgang til Coop cafeen ved siden af. Service var udemærketog personalet var generelt venlige

Freundliches Hotel, von welchem wir den ESC mit dem ÖV sehr gut erreichen konnten.

In generale tutto ok. Un po' caro il parcheggio. Colazione nel ristorante coop chiuso di domenica ma aperto per quelli del hotel. Pane e cornetti (gipfel) fresco di giornata. Varie vivande calde e fredde. Ci ritorniamo sicuramente

A veinte minutos del centro de Basilea, hotel cómodo y muy limpio. Habitación amplia y bien iluminada. Buena atención del personal. Buen desayuno provisto por la cafetería Coop adyacente, con buena relación precio-beneficio, aunque el servicio del restaurante tocó un día bueno y otro malo, parcee que no a todos les gusta su trabajo.
