The bad bits – I booked 5 rooms for 3 nights but got given the worst room in the hotel. Bathroom so small only 1 could use at once. Shower with screen so small the room got wet every time you used it. Plastic undersheets on the bed like a low class hotel. Unimpressive given the spend involved. Never had a room like that in this hotel before. Good bits. Brilliant barman. Real professional. Restaurant excellent. Great chef & hospitality team. Breakfast impressive & available at 06.30 which is appreciated.

Bed not comfortable...

Die Zimmer sind sauber, ruhig und angenehm zum schlafen ... das Frühstück üppig und gut sortiert ... der / das SPA ist ebenfalls gut gepflegt und mit Sauna, Dampfbad und Schwimmbad bestens ausgestattet. Parkplätze gratis und direkt ums Haus. Der Ortskern von SPA ist 5mins entfernt, die Rennstrecke in ca 15-20mins erreichbar !! .. Das BESTE ist jedoch sind die aussergwöhnliche professionellen, freundliche und gut gelaunten MItarbeiter/innen - TOP CLASS!

Fridge didn't work, a/c didn't work. Told reception at arrival, and asked for two separate duvets as well (Saturday). When leaving Tuesday we haven't heard anything yet or got anything fixet - very poor service. Poorly maintained facilities, but beautiful location though.

Parfait

Arrived and had to wait because our room was not ready at the 3 pm check in time. When we were able to check in we had a different room type than the one reserved. We were ok with it until discovering after coming back from dinner that the air conditioning did not work. The best they could do was split our family into two rooms for the first night of the stay. Both of those also had air conditioning issues (it was barely functioning in one room and not at all in the other). We were unable to sleep for most of the night. We were finally transferred to the room we had actually reserved for the second night which did have working air conditioning but it would shut off during the night and we would have to get up to turn it back on. We were given free breakfast for the inconvenience but not with it given all the issues we experienced.

Room was OK, Free upgrade they said but it wasn't anything special. Breakfast is OK, to expensive for what you get. Facilities like parking/breakfast/spa seem to small for the amount of guests. So stay isn't what you would expect from a Radisson Hotel

Bon séjour globalement Notre chambre était située au-dessus de la terrasse du restaurant où des clients ont discuté jusque tard dans la nuit, donc impossible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est varié mais pas d'une qualité gustative à la hauteur (produits congelés, fruits pas bien mûrs)

What a lovely stay , food was good gorgeous setting for the restaurant. Helpful staff and a very clean and tidy hotel Will definitely stay again.

Chambre très spacieuse avec bonne literie

Jai été réveillé par une grue a 6h40.... malgré mon deplacement a la reception la pelleteuse (qui travaillé dans le jardin de l'hôtel) a continué jusque mon départ a 9h.... aucun geste commercial ne serait-ce un café na était fait.... Dommage pour un hotel appartenant au groupe Radisson

Vi var väldigt nöjda med vår övernattning här! Kommer gärna tillbaka.

Hotel was ok but very limited food options considering they have a captive audience with virtually no shops or amenities around

Very lovely hotel, really pleasant staff, room was excellent, really enjoyed the breakfast, I will most certainly book to stay here again if working in the area :-)

Geweldige omgeving

J’ai dû payer pour le prix d’une chambre dans un hôtel cinq étoile le confort d’un lit de camp. À l’accueil de l’hôtel une employée qui s’appelle Victoria aussi aimable qu’une brouette. . I had to pay for the comfort of a camp bed for the price of a room in a five-star hotel. At the reception desk, an employee named Victoria was about as friendly as a wheelbarrow.
