Good

the hotel is clean, breakfast is normal but enough. We just stayed one night with checking time very late, while still see some other families doing checking in late as us. seems like a very popular hotel.

Great hotel staff is nice and the room was clean only problem was the bed is definitely on the hard side

Everyone was very nice and helpful. I like staying here because it’s close to daughter. Breakfasts always good. Nice pool. Had a very nice time. Thank you

The staff was pleasant at check-in and the breakfast spread was amazing. What I did not like was the non response to the no less than 7 calls to the front desk about a noise issue that lasted for hours above our room. It sounded like people jumping off of beds and we even reported hearing screaming. I really did not appreciate being ignored

Reserved a room for two adults with 2 queen beds and paid ahead time but when I checked in was told they only had a room with a king size bed. The attendant did offer a roll out bed. When we went to go to our room, the entire hallway smelled like weed. The room was very clean. Would not stay at the hotel again or reserve with Expedia.

Great Pillows.

I had an early flight from Eugene airport so we stayed there for the night for convenience, it’s 10 minutes from the airport. We were pleasantly surprised! Large rooms, very clean, big fluffy pillows, really nice employees. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

We arrived late in the evening. The staff were very friendly. It was very quiet and our room was perfect for a good nights sleep. We enjoyed the free breakfast and were out and on our way home, hassle free!
